  • On the positive side, it has many features. It allows us to quickly identify which marketing campaigns are working and which ones aren’t.
  • It helps accelerate revenue by giving suggestions on conversion metrics.
  • Good visualization on cohort analysis.

  • We have used Kissmetrics to accurately track social campaigns, Google Ads and more. Being able to know if blog A or B brings in more leads is extremely valuable to our organization.
  • We use Kissmetrics to track how users land on a landing page, bounce off the page without a form field but then fill out a demo form on our website. (This has helped us to track Adwords spending and actual demos created from a Google Ad's campaign).

  • Unfortunately for this client (small business) the cost of Kissmetrics was just too prohibitive. But it's obvious that for a larger company that can afford it, the data would be invaluable to gain more insight in how to gain more active users and orders for a funnel.
  • The data provided really increases an understanding of how best to provide the right experience for the users...happy users equals increase in ROI.

  • KM has added a more detailed view into the user behavior on our website.
  • The tool has equipped our Marketing department with the ability to track individual users, this is very useful with KM's live tracking functionality.
  • The fact that Kissmetrics integrates with Marketo was very important to use - it brought increased value for both solutions.

  • More accurate identification of leaky funnels
  • Easily figure out what your best and cheapest acquisition funnels are
  • Once setup, it's much faster than manual ways to track things and ultimately guessing on what traffic was doing what things
