The behavioral data provided by Klaviyo allows us to understand our customers better by understanding who opens what emails, at what times are emails opened, what customers are engaged with us, what customers are unengaged with us, what customers have recently placed an order with us, what customers who have signed up for our emails but haven't converted, etc.
Klaviyo has helped with our customer journey with acquisition through our pop up on our website to capture customers emails, retention by keeping our customers engaged and loyal, and upsell by sending emails to customers who recently purchased others items they can also purchase.

We can see purchase information and target based on how a customer is interacting with us. Then we can use this information and set-up personalized flows so the customer is receiving the right information at the right time.
It's been a combination of acquisition and retention. We like the pop-up capabilities and are just starting to get into the upsell part with the catalog integration.

With Klaviyo you can easily see which emails are working for you and where the revenue is coming, it is easy to make decisions in order to improve those to generate extra revenue. You can also segment your audience easily in order to treat them in a more effective way.

Klaviyo has predictive analytics that determine the LTV of a customer and an anticipated date of next purchase, allowing us to meet them with content at the right time. You can also look at individual user profiles to see their recent activity such as products viewed and added to cart, sizes purchased, emails opens and clicks, etc.
Klaviyo has helped with nearly every step in the customer journey outside of brand awareness. Specifically we use it for cart abandonment, promotions, encouraging return purchases, personalization, and deepening our relationships with the customer through ethos-driven content.

It's given us a better idea of how our customers are receiving and reacting to our messaging. This has allowed us to tweak and improve the way we communicate and generate positive results and a better return overall. By reviewing open rates, click rates, etc. we have been able to a/b test and refiune that process.

It's easy to segment contacts based on actions and value with Klaviyo, once integrated with your pos. We are able to target the most engaged customers with our emails and in turn, has given us better open and click rates.

Open rates, CTR and especially being able to see exactly which links have been clicked has been super help full in figuring out which emails do well, which don't and how we can improve in the future. Perfect to track all our emails and improve as we go continuing to provide the best service for customers.
Klaviyo has helped with every step. Acquisition, we use our lead ads from Facebook, Google, or trials to acquire customers. Once acquired there are flows to help the customer, educate the customer and overall keep them excited to use our tool. Then upsell.

It allowed us to make the decisions about what, when and how often to reach out to subscribers so that we were able to have better results and customers were happy with the frequency with which they got information from us. We also could create segments based on the customer's interests that responded much better to differentiated types of content.
It helped us move them from awareness to acquisition, because our newsletter was well presented and allowed customers to convert.

We can now send email to specific purchasers of a product or some that hasn't been active in X amount of time. Very important to use these features to have that 1:1 relationship with our customers.

Behavioral data is the engine behind successful flows. Flows that are triggered when a customer or prospect does or does not do something perform much better than a campaign who's timing coincides with a time of day, holiday or seller event, like a sale.

We are able to segment really well and contact people based on their frequency of purchase, their engagement with our brand etc. You can treat the most engaged ones as your VIP users and send to them more often, whereas people who are less engaged can be contacted less so as not to annoy and therefore lose them. Especially helpful to see who is mainly engaged for holiday seasons or big sales you might run.
Klaviyo helps with all aspects of the journey from start to finish. We are able to give overview info to new users, as they are just considering. Then once they have made a purchase we can retain them with information on that product or recommend other products to go along with it.
