Compliance Plus includes various types of media formats and reinforcement materials to support an organization's compliance training program.
Compliance Plus is an add-on training library to the KnowBe4 platform and it can be used with the same campaign and automation features that KnowBe4 offers for security awareness training. Game changing learning console. Best in class for sure.
Like many organizations, we used to have an annual 3 hour refresher on cyber security. Not only did our employees dread it, all it accomplished was ticking a box. When we chose KnowBe4, and went through our initial phishing assessment, it really demonstrated how vulnerable we were. We now offer training every other month for 15-20 minutes. The content is fresh, and interesting. Especially the storyline videos we have learned to love.

In Canada we deal with Access to Information Privacy laws. Because we work for a crown corporation we are subject to request, and the modules on privacy really help to increase our users knowledge and confidence when dealing with sensitive information. We are no longer just ticking a box. Our employees really feel more confident about spotting a SPAM versus a phishing email.
It makes preparing for regular business reviews a breeze. I can pull an executive looking report with graphs in minutes. This has come in handy when we have received questions during meeting and I was able to answer the question a few minutes later with a graph. Having this combines is a game changer. I also really like the Dashboard seeing it's the first thing you see, and it forced you to see how we are doing even when you aren't running reports.
The quality is far superior to other providers we have used in the past. The selection of different types of modules is overwhelming. It means there is just about something for everybody out there. I believe the fact that KnowBe4 invests money in producing movie quality videos is something I have never seen before. Employees enjoy this content, and we look forward to the release of new content all the time.
It's like night and day. TerraNova has far too many system limitations. Content was very limited, it was boring, repetitive, and never really improved our cyber security position. It was just a box ticking exercise. The platform was brutal to use, and required a lot of assistance to use. We did not have the ability to use the system as an LMS.

We use compliance plus for a number of required trainings throughout the District. Our main focus is on cyber security, however we have also utilized a number of HR related trainings as well. Those include Blood Borne Pathogens, Sexual Harassment, Ergonomics, Active Shooter/Intruder, among others.

Having all the trainings in once platform is hugely beneficial. Not having to show our staff multiple places to go for trainings reduces the amount of issues and time we spend interacting with them because they already know what to do.
It has boosted it 10 fold. We had nothing before and have found a solution that I hope we keep forever.

KnowBe4 = Exactly what we were looking for
As part of the process of becoming certified as GDPR compliant, LearnQuest has has to implement several end-user awareness training modules for all employees to take. Part of the audit procedure is to show a log of what was taken, when, and by whom, to show a record of awareness training completeness. The KnowBe4 interface, reporting, and content has been amazingly easy to use and excellent for our needs. The options for content type, length, language, and style made it very palatable to our user-base, as well as fairly easy for the admins to setup, track, remind, report, etc..

- Within 1 week after releasing privacy awareness training modules to our staff, I started receiving comments and questions about our services, processes, interfaces, and policies related to privacy concerns in the course of normal project conversations - that I have NEVER before gotten at this company. That made it all worth it.
- Our users' failures with phishing (email) scams has begun to decrease significantly since we provided some phishing awareness modules. More items are being reported and less users are being misled.
GDPR - thus far. But as we are a company with offices in several countries and customers in almost all of them, we intend to continue to explore more regulatory requirements in the near future.
As we do not have anything close to a dedicated team - or even a dedicated person - that attends to these issues, ease of use (for the admins) was a top 3 (if not top 1) feature we were interested in; otherwise we would not be able to execute any such trainings.
Well, there are a variety of styles, as previously stated. This is a good thing, as not all styles or lengths fit all audiences. That being said, some of the offerings are pretty elementary-looking and/or tedious. But overall for what I have seen so far, I think the content if a lot better, on average, than it could be.
