We have compliance Plus but haven't figured out how to implement it in our program because we have another product that we use for compliance training. Some of compliance plus doesn't apply because it's for other countries

Easy but thorough CyberSecurity Training
Keeping track of different laws and practices in multiple countries around the world can be tough. However, KnowBe4 keeps up to date on all of that and then provides training that is fitted to each of the different locations and in the languages that each person finds easiest to use. That even applies to people who are at one location but can still use a language they are more comfortable with.

Knowbe4 is more than just for the Phishes.
The content Knowbe4 offers allows us to create a number of Phishing simulations as well as follow-up training for our employees to strengthen their knowledge and be the front line we need them to be. The training has been immeasurable for our county as we are able to show the employees top-tier examples of Phishing Campaigns done by professional "bad actors" and what they should always look for.

Why you should use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
The quality of the training is very good. The fact that there are so many training options it allows us to choose what topics are most relevant for our organization and it sensitizes the staff to pay attention to the items that affect us the most.

The compliance training has provided valuable cases to show what to do and what not to do using real examples of different types of phishing attacks. These examples really help train our staff on what to watch for and help reduce the chances of them falling for a real attack. Some of the training is common sense but its present in a way that directly relates to what we see and use everyday in our technology and don't always think about and really reminds to us stop and think before blindly clicking, etc. I feel that this content that we present on a regular schedule to our staff helps maintain our security and keep us safe.

KnowBe4: The Right Choice for Us!
We use the training content by assigning training to all our employees each month, and additional training if one fails our monthly phish testing. Failure training vary based on the number of failures over a period, with the number and length of training increasing as the failures increase.
For the most part, our employees enjoy the training. We hear from staff all the time about how they prefer the Knowbe4 training offerings over othe required training.

We don't currently use this module
The training is quick and to the point, clear, and often pauses to quiz the viewer on what they've just watched. This forces people to pay attention to the videos. It also has interaction sections that require you to click around to discover the info, then are quizzed. I think this helps a lot because users need to focus and answer correctly rather than just speed past it. Our failure rates have gone down over the months, so the training must be working.
The scenarios are also more real life and potential than other systems and videos I've watched.

KnowBe4 - A seamless way to automate amazing cyber security trainings for companies of all sizes.
It is fine. It's tough to balance fun/enjoyable and always hit the required content. It checks our compliance boxes which is what we wanted/needed.
The overall quality and variety of the compliance plus training content was impressive and allowed us to select fresh options for each training session we utilized. We were able to use the training material to engage the appropriate employees on topics such as data privacy, data protection, and workplace safety in a manner that didn't feel oppressive or as stuffy as normal policy and procedure-driven training materials have in the past. There was and is enough additional content that we should be able to keep bringing something fresh to the table and educating our employees for the foreseeable future.

A great product for educating your users!
Compliance is a big part of our security posture so having a variety of choices for training benefits us greatly. The training content is very high quality and there is a course for everyone to choose from. Not only our everyday user training has gone up, but also our IT user training.
Compliance Plus has some quality content that has helped our organization when it comes to security and compliance in a number of areas from data privacy, business ethics, and discrimination. We have employees in a number of different areas in the company where some of these topics may not part of their daily routines, but the trainings has helped lower the risk to our organization with a high completion rate of the trainings
Our employees are more informed, educated and engaged... informed engaged employees are much more likely to help keep your organization safe and protected from both external and internal threats. I feel our employees are more knowledgeable having completed th KnowBe4 training. We regularly test our employees with fake emails and always have a very high successful rate for employees that do not click on those bad links. Our score usually runs around 90% thanks to the KnowBe4 training.

The content is excellent. It is also updated regularly so it does not get stale and new training content can be sent out regularly. Having updated content and being able to easily send that out to our users has help tremendously. I will get users coming in and talking about how they came close to getting the quizzes all correct, etc.
