We definitely like the unique and country specific phishing campaigns. The campaigns we see and select are close to actually phishing scenarios that we see in the day to day operational part of our business so its useful to be able to emulate those as it add a authentic feel to the campaigns

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training backend team always keeps on updating modules and upload fresh content. They always retire the old content whenever required and keep on updating the old content as per the security needs. Modules on the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training portal fulfil our requirements of compliance and security. This also helped us passing ISO audits and some other external audits.

The fresh training content I have seen has all been very good and informative. I have clicked on more that the required training to see what else was available but wasn't able to access many trainings. I wonder what other fresh content is being created to help train users on keeping safe in todays every changing and evolving world of the internet.

Better overall cyber security awareness across the organisation, it also created a discussion point for staff. The synthetic phishing provided a great overall view of the organisations understanding of the training and allowed us to target specific groups for extended training. Additionally it was great to be able to report back to the whole company about the percentage of click throughs.

It has a huge impact on our end users. They have been made aware of what emails are coming to them. if they noticed the emails that are phishing emails, they are more aware of them and delete them and/or report it to us as part of the exercise.

Since we are planning to train our end-users on a regular (monthly or bi-monthly) basis, it is very important that new, fresh trainings (in the different languages) is provided regularly.
Otherwise we will need to change to another product when all trainings have been rollout out.
Also new content eg. A.I. within the enterprise are needed

The variety of topics and content publishers provides fresh and varied content for users and provides content from a number of different perspectives. This plays to the fact that different people learn in different ways. There is an overall re-do of the core message every year and a steady release of smaller topics throughout the year.

It helps to keep it fresh and new so that we don't have to use the same content over and over again. When sending out tests (either short or long) we always try and send some of the newest training modules out so that the people that need it, mainly the ones outside of IT, are given the latest information regarding the state of what's going on in the world of tech security.

Fresh content means our staff doesn't have to see repetitive content within our phishing or training campaigns. New content for phishing campaigns makes it harder for end-users to identify phishing emails, so that is informative/educational for them and helps keep them on their toes. New training content helps to prevent content-burnout, thus improving our staff's level of retention.
