KnowBe4 is managed and maintained primarily by two individuals as an additional duty. Once configured and set up for recurring campaigns and training for new hires, KnowBe4 runs flawlessly in the background, continuously educating and challenging end-users to their benefit and ours. The staff at KnowBe4 are extremely diligent at making sure we are getting value from the product, and it does not disappoint.

We have several Administrators of our account but only approximately 3 actively participate in supporting the training enrollments and phishing campaigns. No special skills are required - the users who support the platform and use it regularly should be able to understand user provisioning but no other crazy skills or expertise is needed.

Our security team and myself (system admin) support the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform. The security team understands how to build phishing simulations, create groups, assign simulations to the groups and schedule them. They also know how to react and remediate issues from KnowBe4's portal that arise with malicious emails.

We have one person who is a well seasoned IT worker and one that does not have as much experience. To create campaigns you need someone who understands the business. There are many types of campaigns available for specific industries like healthcare that may not directly affect someone who is in marketing. The person who is monitoring the outcome and collecting data does not need as much depth and can be trained to use the interface.
