Korero is designed to be a one stop solution for Customer Relationship Management, Collaboration and Communication combined with Automation features to empower and make your sales team highly effective and productive. Primarily focused on the B2B and Small & Medium Enterprises sector, Korero boasts a simplified User Interface for a great User Experience.

Korero is available as a Software as a Service solution – pay as you go, cloud enabled with an omnichannel presence (Android version available on Google Store) – access anytime, anywhere on multi browsers and multi devices.

Korero is used in our company as a basic system in our business process. It helps to organize all our data of customers and use this in the organization and to help our business grow. Korero is on of the best CRM system what I used. It is also very user friendly for our employees and that makes it more value to use. Also the support is very fast and helpfull. I will advise all SMB companies to start using Korero.

Korero is user friendly and easy in use. Korero is open to talk about customization of the system for our business process. The others has no possibility to customize and is to complex to work with. The other systems are develop for basics and the price is expensive for less what you get. Korero has more options for less price.
The dashboard gives a very nice overview of the process and its notify the user on time. The collaboration works very well and the communication is very clear and transparant. They help to improve your/ours business process and that is important for us as a customer. The approach of Korero is very nice and they act ver quick.
The support team is open for discussions and to look into to improve the system that is suits for us. If needed they are always available and they solve problems very fast. They give us the feeling that we are important for them. They don’t charge extra for any small questions. The support is very friendly.

If you are a team looking for a better user experience and have a much higher budget, then you can opt out of Korero and look for some big players. Honestly, Korero is a great solution according to its pricing, solving the sales team's needs.

Korero has been a very efficient platform for my business. I am a freelance professional and to manage different clients and their recruitment cycles was a big hassle but ever since I started using Korero life became pretty organized. I could work on this platform with other recruiters and share my data with ease. Korero also has a CRM capability which helps me to keep track of business. It is very user friendly and the software has customization possible for individual needs. The best part is the affordability of Korero and I’m pretty pleased with their price and offerings. It is worth a spend for the benefits it accrues and is very reasonably priced as compared to other software in the market.

Korero would be the best choice for freelance professionals, small and medium size companies, in my opinion.
It is also a great platform for those who are looking for ATS and CRM together at an affordable price.
For a one man company it becomes expensive to buy software and manage relationships and recruitment process online and in that scenario Korero platform comes handy with its offerings and price. Its relatively new in the market so I would say they can bring more add-ons with time but for now I feel it has a lot of potential to support the recruiters like me and many other businesses.

Price point is a great advantage as it combines ATS and CRM .
Easy to navigate and the best part is if I feel something is missing and needs improvement, I leave feedback and the company acts upon it. The support team is very responsive and my work has never been hindered.
I’m pretty happy with Korero as it gives me an easy to use interface and a holistic view for my sales and recruitment requirements.
It helps me keep a tab on various open opportunities and ones in the pipeline. At this point of time, my business requirements are well met.
They are very quick to answer your query and they give great support from the moment you sign up for Korero. I was referred to use this platform for the same reason by a friend and now after using it I can bet they are not just responsive but they also ensure customer expectations are met and the customer experience while using Korero is flawless.
