UKG Ready is use to manage employees personal information, payroll, compensation, training, recruiting. It is easy to use, our employees use it on a daily basis to manage their personal life within the company.

- Good reports and easy to access
- Good phone app for all employees to use.

- Recruiting dashboard, having to go back and move forward.
- Reports can be difficult to set for the first time.
- Check lists, too many.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We utilize UKG Ready as a payroll service and HRIS platform. We house our employee profiles and onboarding documentation/checklists in UKG Ready. UKG Ready has helped us streamline our onboarding to retire process and has been an asset to our organization. The payroll features are great, the checklist is easy to navigate and UKG Community is quick to respond. UKG Ready has many pre-built reports that are user friendly and helpful for compliance.

- Payroll & Quarterly Tax Packages. The checklists keep us compliant and knowledgeable
- Dashboard for employees. Easy to adjust widgets and create employee facing content
Cons
- Integration with NetSuite, would be helpful for more data points to be available to draw on
- Please list the separation date for an employee at the top of the screen of a profile when applicable, possibly in a different color
- Setting up open enrollment was somewhat confusing for us, possibly add more detail to the instructions provided on UKG community

I do payroll and other HR functions for our employees. It's user friendly, however, there are areas I didn't know how to do a function. UKG help was available and very helpful

We use UKG Ready for Time and Attendance, Payroll and Payroll Services, Scheduling, and as our HRIS. We use it for storing personnel documents and retention notes on employees, it integrates with our talent acquisition software and we use it for tax records and reporting use cases also as well.

- It is easy to navigate and find information quickly
- It integrates well with our Applicant Tracking System
- It helps us set custom rules for scheduling and time and attendance
Cons
- There could be better administration for Payroll Tax setup
- The search function in the platform is not very effective
- There is not a way to delete duplicate profiles

- We have not directly calculated ROI on UKG Ready but it has allowed us to internalize processes that previously were outsourced.
- We have better visibility in reporting and data than our previous tool
