Generally, Kudos is super user friendly and anyone can use it even with little or no knowledge of computers. The user interface is fun, interesting with lots of emojis that can be customized to a user's emotions at a time. The redeeming of kudos and the various gifts and reward schemes all bring about lots of interest and fascination to working, especially when it's remote working.
We decided to change the service because the one we had previously did not have some functionalities such as an activity panel or the creation of surveys and polls and that is why we preferred to make a change and chose "Kudos" as the best alternative.

Good enterprise recognition system
I've used Taste Card as a comparable product, but it is not at the enterprise level Kudos is in. Kudos is far more flexible at small and large scales, and quite versatile within teams. It's a good benefit for employees and a great tool for leadership that can be easily deployed and with an easy rewarding system.

Great Platform!
We have not evaluated other platforms in so long. We are fond of Kudos and everything it does for our team and is not looking to change any time soon.

Kudos to Kudos! Show your people you see what they're doing well and that you appreciate them!
We used Recognize prior to making the switch to Kudos and was largely due to the cumbersome use of the platform, the difficulty getting to look just like we wanted to, and just did not offer the options that Kudos does to customize everything. The app is great too and makes it impossible not to find the time to keep your team informed of all the things they and their fellow team members are shining at!

Kudos for reward and recognition
It is the best reward and recognition program I have come across so far as a team member and leader who is focused on successful completion of projects and being goal oriented. It gives one a chance to publicly reward a team/member. Such motivation spurs healthy competition and growth among members.

Somebody needs a little Kudos
I've only used Kudos in this regard. I haven't tried any similar software. It's the best way to get your colleagues excited and to show them how much they’re valued is to be generous with your kudos! Open the door to seeing more smiles around the office and get in on the fun. Kudos is fast and smooth and easily adapted by all people in the organization not much training is needed to learn how to use. Kudos has helped create equality among employees in terms of reward and recognition everyone has something to smile about for there unseen efforts by management.

Great product with a great future
I used to work at a company called Sparc that developed its own in-house platform called Teamphoria. It was great software that coupled a lot of the same features as workday but also with a recognition system. Essentially it allocated certain types of recognition levels per month, 1 platinum, 5 gold, 20 silvers, where each was worth a drawing ticket. At the end of the month, someone would be drawn from that pool based on their received recognition and then receive a gift card. However, some abused this system and devalued its purpose and inflated the meaning behind it. Kudos seems to do a good job by having a direct point/monetization system which isn't up for random chance. This can help even incentivize employees to go above and beyond, getting them to work harder since they are receiving recognition for it.
