Systrack has a knack for being exactly where it needs to be at just the right time. When it comes to keeping tabs on the health and performance of our most important workstations, we turn on Systrack. In this way, we are able to spot modifications or problems before the end user ever notices them. Using Systrack, we can travel back in time and observe what was happening on the workstation at the time of the complaint from an end user.

We are able to get to the root of the issue much more rapidly this way, and we don't have to interrupt the end user in order to see how their computer is functioning.
