This is game changing for me!,I really like the 'no nonsense' interface and simplicity of LeadFuse. As a digital marketing agency, I also really like the AdWords budget filter... This is great! I can target prospects who are already spending at least 'X' amount of money on paid ads, so I have a basic idea of their budget before I even approach them. This avoids the 'what's your budget' question evasiveness that prospects often give. I can tell them I already know how much they are spending on PPC and cut through the BS. I also like the 'technology used' filter. Since we work primarily with Wordpress, I can target prospects NOT using WordPress and pitch web design in a more meaningful way. Or, conversely, I can target ONLY companies using WordPress. Finally, I like the semi-automation feature. I can have FuseBot pull down 100 new leads based on my criteria every Monday and, before I dump them into my automated email outreach/nurture campaign, I can glance over them and make sure the all look ok (admittedly, sometimes there are some weird strays in the results that are not in the geography or industry I'm looking for, so I can skip those).,An Estimated Company Revenue filter would be nice.. I know that's not really a 'true' searchable data point but, (per one of the LeadFuse help videos) using the '# of employees' filter, you can estimate a ballpark company revenue based on revenue generated per employee by industry. Some industry figures are as much as $300k/yr revenue generated per employee, and some are like $60k/yr. Obviously, you can look these up, filter by # of employees and do the math yourself, but it would be even more 'idiot proof' to add these industry-specific calculations into the LeadFuse search so that Estimated Company Revenue could be an actual filter... just an idea. I was a little disappointed by the low quantity of search results in the business category of Facility/Landscaping/Cleaning Service since this is a target demographic for me... But, comparing other similar lead generation sources, that seems to be universal and perhaps not as much of a shortcoming with LeadFuse specifically.,10,The amount of time I spend on prospecting for clients is so minimal that it barely registers on my calendar, and time is money. I can offer the same lead generation efforts for my clients at a large profit margin, since I can have unlimited lead lists and automate the service for them as well... They feel my team is spending hours mining LinkedIn for laser-targeted leads, but we simply have it running in the background.,Leadfuze - Our Go-To For Business OutreachDoing business outreach, Leadfuze has become my go-to on almost on a daily basis. It addressed issues that we had with other email platforms with not being able to send out larger bulk lists from our sales inboxes and allowed us to create simple email sequences/drip campaigns that would run daily without much management.,Their customer service is hands down the best that I've experienced within email/lead platforms. They are really on top of their game, any question that you had within a day or so you'd get a very detailed and helpful answer. I loved how attentive they are to their clients! I also think that the platform is built very well! The ease of use and ease of learning the platform was great. Uploading leads took a mere 3-4 steps and only a few seconds to upload into the system. Building sequences were fairly easy if you had all your info already ready. Managing the sequences and the reporting was everything we needed. The set up was so quick! That saves us a tremendous amount of time and ensures that our prospecting goals are met every day.,It's incredibly easy to set up and use. It does exactly what they said it would do and then some. The interface is easy to navigate and very intuitive. It looks good and works like it to. The support team is really on top of things. They respond to issues very quickly and have gone above and beyond more than once. I'd put their customer service up against anyone in this space. The training is outstanding. They not only teach you to use the platform, they teach you to write a great email sequence that your prospects will want to read and engage with. They cover all of the bases. The sales automation process is really powerful. In fact, I think it will change the trajectory of this business in a positive way. It's just a fantastic tool and one I wish I'd had twenty years ago.,The only pushback that anyone might have is on the price. It's not the cheapest solution available, but it is far and away the best in my view. At the end of the day, it's about price-value, and the price value of the product is on-point. Nothing else stands out.,10,It's delivering 10 - 20 qualified leads every week. That spells real money - a lot more revenue. I like the ability to dump manageable quantities of leads into my warm email outreach campaigns, without having a huge master list of leads to break up manually into chunks, and the FuseBot automation literally puts it on autopilot every week when I am ready to add new leads into the top of my funnel.

Doing business outreach, Leadfuze has become my go-to on almost on a daily basis. Its ability to provide a wide spectrum of results and more importantly, reliable and accurate - makes it a must-have. Working in the B2B space, clients come from a large variety of industries and each has different business needs which need fulfilling and I'm happy knowing that I have Leadfuze as the power-horse to help to make it possible.

  • Reliable.
  • Not very granular search criteria.
Leadfuze is well suited for anyone doing business outreach. It might be less appropriate for occasional use as the price for getting most out if it can become quite steep.

We use LeadFuze to generate leads for the organization for marketing purposes (events, trade missions, trade shows). LeadFuze helps us find new targets and be able to contact them quickly and efficiently. Our Marketing department only uses the application but that's all is necessary for our purposes.

LeadFuze is great when you want to automate your search tasks - for example, every month you wish to find new contacts in a certain sector and geographic location, well LeadFuze can do that and add them to a lead list and let you know when those new leads come in.

I don't have to hire VA's anymore for the cumbersome task of creating lists through scraping various channels. The problem with VA's can be that it's difficult to gauge the quality of their leads. Whereas with LeadFuze lead generation is now like a breeze.

I especially love the ultra targeting ability where I can play around with various filters to reach a specific market segment or a company account.
  • Lead generation.

  • LinkedIn network expansion.
  • List for retargeting.
  • They need to have something in place so that the Leadfuze system is not abused by Spammers
  • The onboarding needs to improve a lot in my opinion, you expect stellar onboarding from such an awesome tool.

We are using it to help us not only reach out to other real estate investors on LinkedIn to help us move assets and attract funding for deals, we are also using it with our podcast to help book guest spots and speaking opportunities on other podcasts to help get the word out as well.
  • Pulling detailed leads via our searches
  • Including social media connections (when available)
  • Helping us identify true leads quickly and effectively versus having to hunt them down
  • Increasing lead numbers
  • Helping with the search function
  • Organizing your searches
If you have specific audiences and job description/titles in organizations, then it's easier for LeadFuze to work. It's not as easy to use if it's a niche position or job title. The more specific across the market, the better the leads and better results with your searches for your business needs.

We use it to generate and automate our cold email/LinkedIn connection lead generation process. It keeps our list building within our company, so we don't have to outsource or spend time/money on someone else to do it for us. We're a small business, so it is used by our Marketing team to qualify leads to be sent to sales.
  • Automation of list building. I use it in conjunction with Zapier and Google Sheets as well as my Email automation provider and it runs very smoothly.
  • Finding verified email addresses.
  • Daily updates to your lists with Fuzebot.
  • Sometimes the Fuzebot misses out on the entire list and stops updating it.
LeadFuze is well suited for building a cold reach-out campaign for your business. By finding the emails and/or LinkedIn profiles, we're always able to connect with our prospects at multiple points and generate a lead nurturing and warmth campaign.

We need the verified email address of as many industry-related professionals as possible to promote our team leader's book, TV show, and online course. LeadFuze has been incredible for us to achieve that goal.

We are using LeadFuze to identify potential customers that fit a very specific profile. Location is important to us, as is job title and size of firm. LeadFuze makes st easy to identify people who might be interested in our professional services and/or training offerings.
  • Finding potential customers is a very straightforward point-and-click process.
  • Its ability to continuously find new prospects that meet existing search criteria is a great value.
  • Pricing is fair and support is excellent.
  • Limiting individual lists to only 1000 contacts is a pain.

Getting our business in front of the right people has always been challenging and expensive. PPC worked well for many years, but it is now more expensive and not as effective. Email marketing and LeadFuze has allowed us to target our email campaigns to the proper audience. It is cost effective and we are seeing good results. LeadFuze is easy to use and to show others how to use it. LeadFuze is an important piece of our growth plan over the next three years.
  • LeadFuze is easy to use. Like any software it takes a little getting used to.....but the product works and it is providing leads to help grow our business.
  • Support is quick and helpful. I even had the owner on chat with me a few times. You are going to get stuck once in a while. The LeadFuze support team with get you out of trouble and back making money.
  • There are a lot of good leads available. And more are added on a regular basis. Can't ask for more than that.
  • Cost is reasonable, especially when compared to PPC.
  • Lists are only 1000 emails long. That is too short. But you can have almost unlimited number of lists.
  • The user interface is a bit clunky, but once you get used to it, you can go pretty quickly
  • The cost is not cheap, but for what it does, it isn't so bad.
LeadFuze is great for internet marketing on a national level to a targeted market. There is no easier and quicker and cost effective way to generate the leads and get in front of your target audience on a national level. I am also using LeadFuze on a state level for another project and for a particular city for a third project. LeadFuze does a good job on all three.
So far I have not found a situation where LeadFuze was not appropriate.

We check in to LeadFuze weekly to automate our prospecting setup. It really helps us with integrations and automation. It really is a set it and forget it piece of kit. The most valuable problem it solves is time. The advantage being this runs in the cloud and allows you to set the parameters and leave it to do its thing, as opposed to other tools which might require staff, or tabs open! Which is really not practical.
  • Clear easy to use interface. It is very simple to navigate, silo lead lists, and manage them.
  • Cloud-based and automated. Log in, set it up, hit go, make coffee.
  • Lead quality is very good, as a lot of data comes from LinkedIn.
  • Integration with Zapier saves lives. Let it run, build lists, or attach to CRM, and you are limited by your imagination on how to implement.
  • Though we can have an unlimited amount of silos, the silos themselves have limits. Which if you think about it, could be improved for usability.
  • The integrations are not so many, but it has the main one, Zapier, so I am clutching at straws here.
  • Support is very good, but via messaging only. Not that any of my questions have warranted a quick response, but faster is better.
Well, if you are reading this review no doubt you are looking at a tool for outreach and reaching key decision makers and prospects with your offer. You can do away with browser-based tools and "scrapers" and work the efficient, easy way instead. It defies belief to me when people see things as pricey, but I see them spending hours a week on managing tools and exporting/importing file data. Life is too short for that. Curate lists ->zapier->outreach-> sell. you can automate steps 1,2,3 here. Selling is still on you!

I'm using LeadFuze to automate outbound and inbound marketing for myself and for my clients.
  • Strong integrations with Zapier, and the best SMB CRMs and outreach tools on the market
  • Allows you to drip out your new leads easily
  • Unlimited... with a catch
  • Good social profiles
  • Doesn't require you to manually click through LinkedIn
  • They actually know what they are doing (more on this later)
  • Not many phones (they are fixing this with a Google maps integration)
  • Lead list caps
If you want to reach companies with at least a decent online presence (local businesses are harder) or professionals at those companies, LeadFuze is perfect.

You won't find an easier solution to create a list and automatically send it into outreach software. I've looked.

We are a small insurance agency and we use LeadFuze to find highly targeted for our prospects for our sales efforts. I am the primary user at this point and use it to build highly targeted lists that are automatically added to our CRM and mailing system. It is a huge time saver as the leads can be paced over time.
  • Simple interface with powerful search filters.
  • Automatic transfer of leads into our CRM.
  • Build as many highly targeted lists as we need.
  • The inability to add specific tags to the records as they are added to our CRM.
  • Zapier integration is very limited.
  • A limited number of mailing system connected to the platform.
I can only speak to using this service as a small business owner. It works well for us as a very targeted lead source and easily add them to our CRM and drip marketing system. LeadFuze allows us to create as many lists as we need so we can target small lists of very highly targeted prospects.

  • The lead quality is pretty good (ie, they mostly match the search parameters you used to pull them).
  • The search facility is powerful. You can filter by technology, adwords spend, job listings and more.
  • Their support is very responsive during business hours, and they respond after hours and weekends as well.
  • Would like to see higher or no limits on search results per search, leads per list, and leads per day added by their automations
  • Would be great if support could be 24 x 7 and respond in under an hour.
  • Would also be great to have as close to 100% data accuracy
For us we have used LeadFuze effectively to contact B2B businesses owners and C-suite executives. Their database is US centric however.

We are just new in using the LeadFuze tool, and I would say it helped us save tons of our time rather than doing manual lead research all around the internet.

Also, the leads it provides are "pure person" leads or should I say people with LinkedIn profiles.

LeadFuze has a very user-friendly interface and you can't say "oh I don't know how to use this" because the tabs and the filters were incredibly made for users to feel ease when using.

The tool is actually used by our email marketing team in maximizing our email campaigns and connecting to possible people in the hopes of doing B2B for our business. We have not yet seen the effect yet since we just recently used the tool but as for now, the leads that we have were already doubled in numbers compared to our first set of leads which we manually searched in the internet.
  • Saves tons of time
  • Specified Leads for each industry or niche
  • Has a friendly user interface
  • Specific filters for each tabs were pretty accurate
  • The list only limits to a thousand of leads.
  • Some of the leads were not updated (e.g some of the leads were no longer connected to a specific company or niche)
  • 24hr. Support shall be administered
LeadFuze will save you tons and tons of your time in doing the lead generation. Also, you have access to company's decision makers which is I guess one of the great advantages of this tool. You are able to get "pure email addresses" from people of different companies/niches other than emails like "info@, etc.."

It is my sales tool for automated outbound email to my territory. It allows me to focus on calls and in person appointments as opposed to spending too much time writing emails!
  • Targeting prospects based on area and profession! This is everything in almost every line of sales work.
  • Feedback from the LeadFuze team regarding email copy and strategy. Its helping improve my personal process, as well as that of my team!
  • Automated follow ups! Love it.
  • Would love to be able to send more or somehow get around spam filters.
  • The lead pool is constantly getting expanded, but users should know specifically how large it is when signing up.
  • Sometimes the feedback took a bit longer than expected to get, but once we got it it was highly valuable.
It is ideal to reach the largest number of people in a specific industry! Might be less appropriate in an in-person ONLY role, but more often than not, sales emails need to happen!

It is one of our primary tools for prospect identification and initial cold contact. It makes it simple to identify new lead info and integrating that info into a drip email campaign.
  • Finding new leads is as easy as plugging in some basic industry info. It collects and delivers new leads daily.
  • Integrating simple drip email campaigns with the leads that are found in step one. New leads can be automatically added to the email campaign.
  • The training modules are well laid out, self directed, and actually do provide a good working knowledge base on how to use the system.
  • Not sure how it could be addressed, but my email account was flagged twice in the first month. It wasnt an "aged" account, so I'm hoping it will dissipate in time. Multiple articles are provided on how to keep your emails "on the right side" of the rules, but they are mostly derivative copies of the same article.
It has simplicity in identifying new lead info and integrating that info into a drip email campaign. Their training system is smart too-it teaches you how to use the system (and rewards you with extra "lead credits" for doing so), and it reduces their customer support costs. Smart. Who doesn't like smart?

LeadFuze is being used by our Marketing department. It addressed issues that we had with other email platforms with not being able to send out larger bulk lists from our sales inboxes and allowed us to create simple email sequences/drip campaigns that would run daily without much management.
  • Their customer service is hands down the best that I've experienced within email/lead platforms. They are really on top of their game, any question that you had within a day or so you'd get a very detailed and helpful answer. I loved how attentive they are to their clients!
  • I also think that the platform is built very well! The ease of use and ease of learning the platform was great. Uploading leads took a mere 3-4 steps and only a few seconds to upload into the system. Building sequences were fairly easy if you had all your info already ready. Managing the sequences and the reporting was everything we needed.
  • The set up was so quick! Within a day or so after our initial call, we were ready to go!
  • We were doing simple text emails that were coming out of sales peoples inboxes so this functionality wasn't totally needed on our end at the moment, but we imagine that we would have wanted to do more with customizing emails in general.
Leadfuze is well suited for those who want to send emails out of their own account to cold leads that they prospected themselves or got through LeadFuze. It's great for smaller teams who need an easy to use solution to their email/drip campaigns.

The tool saves us a bunch of time in creating our lead lists and implementing our outreach campaigns. Another colleague and I use the tool and we both find it intuitive (they have really great customer service too). Highly recommend!

We're using LeadFuze to automate our sales outreach. We also use it to find qualified leads. The assistance it has provided in those two areas is really game-changing for our firm. It automatically sends a pre-determined number of emails to the leads that we have targeted. That saves us a tremendous amount of time and ensures that our prospecting goals are met every day.
  • It's incredibly easy to set up and use. It does exactly what they said it would do and then some. The interface is easy to navigate and very intuitive. It looks good and works like it to.
  • The support team is really on top of things. They respond to issues very quickly and have gone above and beyond more than once. I'd put their customer service up against anyone in this space.
  • The training is outstanding. They not only teach you to use the platform, they teach you to write a great email sequence that your prospects will want to read and engage with. They cover all of the bases.
  • The sales automation process is really powerful. In fact, I think it will change the trajectory of this business in a positive way. It's just a fantastic tool and one I wish I'd had twenty years ago.
  • The only pushback that anyone might have is on the price. It's not the cheapest solution available, but it is far and away the best in my view. At the end of the day, it's about price-value, and the price value of the product is on-point.
  • Nothing else stands out.
If you're looking to grow your revenue base through email outreach to prospects, this is the platform to use. I haven't come across anything else on the market that has had such an immediate and dramatic impact on my business. It's transformed our sales outreach and freed up time to focus on other areas that need our attention.
