1. Very suitable for an omnichannel business, as it can capture both online and offline lead sources and allows for follow ups.
2. Very suitable for call centers as lead and call tracking can be done very easily using LeadSquared.
3. Not very suitable for on field sales. Even though the mobile app does facilitate portability, the overall experience does not come close to the desktop version which is not feasible for an on field sales representative to use.

LeadSquared offers end to end CRM functionalities at competitive pricing in the market and becomes an easy fit for most of the startups and companies in their growth phase. Having said that, some features are missing but they are on an roadmap and might surprise people out there with their evolving CRM.

LeadSquared is well suited when it comes to a 100% inbox delivery rate and dashboard feature like click rate, open rate, bounce rate, etc. LeadSquared is less appropriate when we compare its price to similar products. Sometimes it is difficult for a small organization to afford this but on the other hand, I must say that it is worth to spend.
