Leadsquared is used by my team for their CRM purpose. We have a number of leads coming in and we address those leads with the right person of contact. The whole process of getting leads, to converting it to a possible candidate or account. Leadsquared functioned its fullest to help us and make it easier for us to use the product. It's customisable according to your teams' requirements.

Would recommend it to others who are looking for a top-notch CRM under budget with one of the best user experience and customer service.

Leadsquared is well suited for small to medium-sized enterprises where the team is small and you have a lot of areas to explore.

Every team can have their suites/ accounts customised accordingly. I am not sure if I can compare it for bigger enterprises but I feel this best of best to get your work done more efficiently.

We have used Leadsquared (or LSQ as most people fondly call it) as our CRM software for all 6 websites. We have used all the basic features as well as some unique ones available in their CRM. Things from email campaigns, landing page creations, lead form integrations to tasks like automation, third-party integrations like FB, Whatsapp, SMS vendors, etc have all been tried and tested from our end. LSQ is our go-to place for all data requirements. Reports are very intuitive and easy to understand apart from the easy Lead Management System inbuilt inside the platform as part of the entire CRM. Top this with the service which they provide, always available just a call away. Be it the account manager, finance team, support team, and most importantly the Tech-wizard they provide you as a customer. The journey has been so smooth that it feels like we have been working together for ages. The entire team has been so closely involved that we feel that they are part of our organisation and not just another service provider.

LeadSquared offers end to end CRM functionalities at competitive pricing in the market and becomes an easy fit for most of the startups and companies in their growth phase. Having said that, some features are missing but they are on an roadmap and might surprise people out there with their evolving CRM.

  • Customized Lead Stages helped the sales team to have a better follow up thus improving the conversion rates.
  • Automations and Drip implementation helped in drawing direct/indirect conversions from dormant leads - Adding to LTV of a customer.

  • Great support from the offshore team in implementation.
  • Very easy to integrate with other applications. For example, integrating with wordpress site to capture leads directly from the site to the application through API.
  • Mobile app is also available.
  • Bit tedious to update the automation and sometimes it can get confusing to implement permissions on various groups of users.
  • Reporting can sometimes feel unfriendly to use.
It's best for tracking all sales leads.

There was a point where we needed to make changes to the whole process which was a deviation from the agreed process and also one time had to implement API to get data from website to the LSQ system. Musthafa stepped in immediately and helped me resolve the issue on the same day,

LeadSquared is being used as a CRM and marketing automation tool across multiple business units in our organization. We have more than one businesses hosted on multiple websites. If we have to go with other automation tools we should purchase multiple instances. Also all other tools work on the concept of active users which is expensive and difficult to manage especially with a large contact database. LeadSquared provides 100,000 contacts for enterprise and beyond that they allow purchasing on a prorated basis.
  • Easy to implement and configure

  • Email Templates are adequate
  • CRM is very user friendly
  • Value for money if you are looking for a CRM + marketing automation, especially worth it if you have multiple businesses hosted on different domain names.
  • Needs improvement on drip email functionality. One example of a basic drip campaign - email campaign sent, now you might want to send another email to the opens and the ones who did not open. Right there it stops - functionality won't support setting up a drip to the ones who did not open the email, for opens it can go further. This is a major stuck.
1. It is best suited if you want a CRM + automation tool - you don't have to worry about syncing the two systems
2. If you are not worried much about having the best tool to run drip campaigns, it works on a simple drip.
3. Suits small businesses very well.
4. If you have multiple businesses hosted on various domain names, LeadSquared can let you use the same instance for upto 5 different domain names.
