Highly customizable LMS. While mostly highly immersive and intuitive, lacks some important integration features
- Discount codes, [bundled] pricing, and learning paths are three areas we were not easily able to offer before, and we are eager to begin rolling out.
- Onboarding members who are used to purchasing course enrollments through our IMS is sometimes a challenge and sometimes results in inadvertent duplicate accounts being made.
- Time tracking so that course attendance is compliant with state requirements is not easy and has not changed since implementing this LMS. How we track time is as we have prior to LearnUpon, which is a little bit of a disappointment.
- Branding options and portals offer possibilities for us to offer courses and tailored user portals to smaller, out-of-area associations, that may not have the infrastructure and member base that we do.

- It's affordable. Since we train externally and our trainings are free-of-charge, I can't say there's been a tangible ROI - but an LMS that is affordable for a small nonprofit organization is #1 in my book!
- LearnUpon helped us significantly reduce the cost of travel and lodging for staff and trainers who would previously have had to travel to participate in learning.
- LearnUpon helped introduce our organization to the concept of online learning and asynchronous study.
- LearnUpon helps us improve our staff's technological literacy by giving them a friendly and inviting system to learn from independently.

Best investment ever. Do it. Today.
- We have not implemented it yet due to unforeseen issues with a different vendor, but we have launched two pilots and it has been very well received.
- The expected outcome is a lot more revenue because the catalog we have in our current LMS (Absorb) is very poorly designed and ineffective.
- Another expected outcome is that people will be excited to learn more and be better ambassadors for our company.
- LearnUpon's system and customer support allowed us to launch our e-learning business. Without them, I don't think we would be where we are.
- With LearnUpon, we are able to successfully train first responders on a complex task in a virtual environment. This is a success in and of itself.
- I have confidence in the LearnUpon platform and I know that they will help me fix any problems that I create.
