**Diaries**: Users can access team, fee earner, and user diaries within the Legal CM system to track future, due today, and overdue tasks. The diaries are conveniently accessible from any area of the software.

**Mail Merge**: With Legal CM, users can perform mail merges to emails, PDF documents, PDF forms, and Word documents. They can create letter templates with merge fields, upload logos, signatures, and accreditations, and merge data into PDF forms and Word documents.

**Custom Forms**: The software allows users to create data-capture forms for staff or clients. These forms can be segmented into sections with questions, support various question types, and have repeatable sections based on prior answers.
