Diaries: Users can access team, fee earner, and user diaries within the Legal CM system to track future, due today, and overdue tasks. The diaries are conveniently accessible from any area of the software.

Workflows: The software incorporates process-driven workflows that can be tailored to the specific needs of the firm. These workflows are tightly bound with the diary, prompting users to complete tasks in a timely fashion.

Chase Third Parties: Legal CM allows users to set up "Client Action Required" messages for the Portal, prompting clients to complete tasks. Additionally, "Email Chase" messages can be configured to prompt third parties, and tasks can be automatically moved in the diary.

Case Progress Digests: Users can send case progress emails at the end of each day, providing clients with a breakdown of progress on their case. Introducers, brokers, and estate agents also receive a summary email.

Case Delay Library: Legal CM enables users to create and maintain a library of standard reasons for case delays. They can choose delay reasons from a pre-defined library or opt for a custom delay entry. The delay information is displayed in the Portal for clients.

Quotation Engine: The software provides a quotation engine specifically designed for conveyancing work-types. Users can generate fully priced conveyancing quotes, customize quotes and email texts, and automatically create new matter records and client care letters.

Contacts Database: Legal CM features a fully-featured and searchable contacts database that supports both companies and individuals. Changes made to contacts are audited, and there is support for recording identity verification.

Mail Merge: With Legal CM, users can perform mail merges to emails, PDF documents, PDF forms, and Word documents. They can create letter templates with merge fields, upload logos, signatures, and accreditations, and merge data into PDF forms and Word documents.

Custom Forms: The software allows users to create data-capture forms for staff or clients. These forms can be segmented into sections with questions, support various question types, and have repeatable sections based on prior answers.
