It is designed for small business looking for a way to increase sales and get organized, but that find other CRMs on the market too complicated. Less Annoying CRM provides tools to track contacts, leads, and follow-ups without any of the extra clutter. Less Annoying CRM is free to try for 30 days, and that includes a dedicated CRM Coach who will help users get set up and answer any questions (including help importing the user's existing data).

My team uses Less Annoying CRM for client onboarding. When I first receive the person's contact information, I then input it into Less Annoying CRM, group them into the group set aside for where I met them, then follow the pipeline to follow up with them and create contact for future business opportunities.

Once you learn the in's and outs of LACRM, it works well for client management. The staff are awesome, responding quickly to any issues that develop, including restoring a file that was accidentally deleted.

Contact management - being able to link records together and create relationships between the contacts is very useful. In my experience, creating complex analytical reporting is not something you can do as graphs etc are not a feature that it possesses, unless you extract the data into a spreadsheet and then create the graphs that way.

If you are a small or large company working with a team of people, Less Annoying CRM is a great solution for everyone on your team to be on the same page and collaborate with each other. I already mentioned some specific scenarios in the earlier parts of my review. I'd say that my best experience has been Customer Service. When I was first using Less Annoying CRM and had NEVER BEFORE used any sort of CRM, I was intimidated. Surprisingly, the company had a customer service phone number as well as a way to email them. I contacted them for help initially. They were quick to respond, and were willing to set up appointments to walk me through the setup process. But it was SO EASY! They have been available, friendly, and helpful, every time. They also have a video series that is super-helpful when you're first learning how to use the CRM.

This platform is suited to new businesses who need a good CRM that delivers on its promise. It is not "Annoying" free but it is much less annoying than some of the other market players. It doesn't get in the way of the relationships you are trying to build

I recommend Less Annoying CRM to anyone who doesn't have a CRM. It's very affordable and easy to get started with. If you're keeping track of your customers and the deals you're working on using spreadsheets or worse - just your memory - spend the small monthly fee and get Less Annoying CRM. You can be up and running very quickly, and track your customers and your deals in a super easy to use manner.

We needed a CRM solution in which we could keep and maintain any pertinent information about our customers where everyone had access to the information. We can email quotes from the CRM, file documents and keep notes. Furthermore, we can add unlimited fields, people, addresses, phone #'s... anything you can think of!

We were using another CRM, and hated it! They locked us into a sales process that did not fit, and were difficult to get in contact with. They really were not interested in meeting our needs. Less Annoying CRM is a total opposite experience. It has made us so much more productive. We have it configured like we want, and are able to have any questions we may have answered within minutes. Truly amazing service!

I think its very useful in my area of expertise, its scaleable which helps, it has no limits in regards to notes or input. I highly recommend it for Insurance Professionals. Its extremely affordable for the new and experienced Insurance Professional but may not be suited for those who want full dialing capabilities within the application or that need marketing support generated by the CRM company.

- Useless when I want to check information while on-the-go, as there is no mobile app, just an Add To Home Screen option

LA is well-suited for a small business. It seems very well-designed and thought out for use in this environment. Unlike others CRM's on the market, LA doesn't seem to be engineered to be all things to all markets, but instead has done a great job on focusing on the small business environment.

If you have heard about this thing called texting, chances are good you can greatly increase your sales by developing relationships with your customers with Less Annoying CRM.
Gone, is that sickening feeling of dropping out of contact with people who depend on you. Gone, is that vomituous wave of anguish that washes over a missed that meetinger. Hugs, from yourself as you pat yourself on the back for being that reputable rep.

Less Annoying CRM is an excellent introductory product if you aren't using a CRM. It's also ideal in situations where one of the more complex CRM's is overbuilt for your use-case. It is very easy to customize and import clients and contacts, and to build pipelines to track client requests, recruiting of contractors, and other unique uses. We have a pipeline built to track individual client class-sessions for our railroad training. This allows a powerful way to track the schedule of a class as well as billing details and instructor assignments.

For a small office like mine, LACRM is perfect. I don't have a lot of other systems that it needs to integrate with, so I haven't explored that. My practice-specific legal software also has calendar and task management features, but I don't bother with them because it is so much easier to do them in LACRM. I suppose that a large office that needed tight integration with other systems would need to be more concerned with whether LACRM supports their specific needs.

Extremely well suited for managing a sales person's contacts and leads. Excellent for managing activities through the task function.
Does not have an option (as far as I know) to create proposals or invoices. That would be nice for a flow through from end to end of our company.

If you’re trying to use Less Annoying CRM to run your dealership or an organization, that has an extensive sense of data points that need to be tracked, then, perhaps Less Annoying CRM is too simple for that, but for just about everything else as far as recordkeeping notetaking, or any other type of information, center to provide data and show completed work by your coworkers, or for any kind of sales pipeline, tracking, I don’t think you can get simpler or easier than Less Annoying CRM.

I think Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) is perfect for everyone. It’s super customizable. I like mine very simple with few modifications. A sales director with a larger team could build LACRM to suit their own KPIs & not have the salespeople baffled by extraneous fields like some of the larger CRMs have. When you need a big change, LACRM has the people to program and train. When you are humming along there is no extra engineer to pay.

If you have customers you need a CRM. You need to be able to manage the relationship with the customer and you also need to manage the growth. Being able to track how your target customers are moving through the pipeline is critical and how you are progressing with your revenue goals. Through the system, you can identify performance problems, and customer problems.
