Our whole company uses Letsignit for our email signatures. We wanted a way to have more consistency across all team members while also having the ability to create email signature campaigns simultaneously without asking people to edit their signatures themselves.
  • Streamlines Team Members Signatures
  • Nice format and layout
  • Easy to make edits to all signatures at once.
  • It does not work when replying to plain text emails, this can be an issue.
  • It can be confusing for some people to initially get setup.
  • Sometimes edits can take time to publish to signatures.
This is a great solution for teams that use Microsoft and want an integrated signatures solution. I think small to medium-sized businesses are likely going to see the most value. It is likely not appropriate for startups or solopreneurs as the big benefit comes from being able to update all signatures simultaneously.
  • Increases views of specific campaigns ran through our signatures.
  • Consistency in signatures
  • Easy of use

We wanted to implement a solution to create interesting, dynamic email signatures for all employees. We use Microsoft Office so we needed a direct integration and something easily controllable from our Marketing and IT teams. We decided to try Letsignit because we liked the overall look and capabilities, however, we ran into some difficulties once we were implementing. The signatures had to be built from scratch and we were limited to their builder; we were unable to create different designs that didn't work in their builder. We also found some responsiveness issues i.e. the signatures would get warped depending on the browser.
  • Easy-to-use signature builder
  • Option to include banners
  • Limited to signature builder
  • Responsiveness issues
  • Lack of good customer support
If you're looking for a more simplistic solution, potentially for a smaller company, I think Letsignit is a good option. You also need to have someone on your team capable of creating the signatures for your company in the builder. However if like us, you want something you can personalize more and fully depend on (same look no matter which platform), I would not recommend Letsignit. There are still too many kinks in the product that need to be worked out.
  • Increased clicks on links in signatures
  • Easy to introduce feature to clients
  • Responsiveness issues makes our company logo look bad
Opensense offered better customer service and more options for design, although I'm not sure about the responsiveness. However, initially, we choose to go with Letsignit due to cost, although we later came to regret this.
