  • We have an ATS now and did not have one before
  • LinkedIn integration is better than others I've seen
  • Spend too much time researching unhelpful user guides since their support is terrible

  • Lever provides an enormous ROI by getting us in front of the right candidates that are going to make us more money and more successful as an org.
  • I think that both the quality and quantity of new hires has gone up ever since we started using lever and involving the entire org in the process.
  • It also saves us a lot of time because we don't need to send referrals via email, while saving/attaching resumes and such.

  • Lever has greatly reduced the amount of time it takes to go through candidates.
  • We have spend a lot of time messing with Lever to work with SSO and subdomains. We gave up on the subdomains and have left things more or less duct-taped together. It's working, but it's fragile.
  • The collaboration has helped get deeper views into candidates and has helped gain better quality candidates.

  • Doesn’t work: When using Easy Book Links, in the calendar invites the interviewer sees that it is a phone screen and can see the candidates phone number, however on the candidate side they see ‘Interview with Fueled’ and it is not clear that it is a phone screen. It looks more like a Google Hangout than a phone screen.
  • If a candidate is in two jobs, it is impossible to move them between different stages for each job.
  • If you reschedule a calendar invite, this change is not reflected in Lever.
  • When scheduling Google Hangout interviews, there are two calendar invites that get sent out— one between the interview manager and the interviewer and another between the interview manager and the interviewee. The interviewer and interviewee do not receive corresponding links; we have had to reschedule a handful of meetings due to the two parties being unable to meet because of this bug.
  • Security access stages don’t make sense: “Interviewers” don’t have access to feedback but the CANDIDATES CAN SEE FEEDBACK ABOUT THEIR CANDIDACY. Big no no.
  • Can’t send PDF offers
  • Feedback links do not work via easybook from time to time - our hiring managers received error 403 messages

  • It's a little too soon to tell on this front. LEVER is not the cheapest option there is.
  • There's nowhere to hide in LEVER so production is visible in a much more meaningful way than Jobvite or Jobscience (the last two ATS I've personally used since 2009). We didn't demo Workday - I'd be interested in seeing that Recruitment module for comparison
