The entire firm uses it and it helps greatly with screening lead and current client calls, taking messages, routing important calls, and providing 24/7 - bilingual answering for our clients. LEX has specific instructions on how to handle different case types which allows us to more efficiently handle messages and calls within the organization.

Only serves law firms - specialized service.
Portal allows you to make our own changes to call-handling instructions.
Can schedule appointments and take consultation payments over the phone.

Missing functionality - clients cannot send pictures via text through the mobile app.
Does not have the ability to serve as a Personal Assistant - cannot send call-out requests.
