Lifesize share a great solution
Wireless media sharing is compatible with any device. Is easy to use and cheaper than other similar solutions.

Nice to use!
This solution is all about Flexibility and adaptative to the customer's needs. In all the companies I have implemented, the users are happy. In the beginning, the users feel afraid, but later it is a good idea for their daily jobs. I recommend the implementation of the solution with a good supplier.

It is nice to implement, easier than other solutions and in my opinion, other solutions could be harder to implement. I was doing some demos for other software with other companies and I realized that the way of work is more difficult to implement and probably to maintain, at least in my opinion.
As a Videoconferencing and Digital Signage professional, I deploy multiple solutions for small, medium, and executive meeting rooms from multiple vendors. Since the pandemic and the massive usage of collaborative tools: companies seek efficiency, flexibility, and creativity. Many companies struggle with siloed equipment for every single feature. A dedicated codec for Videoconferencing, a TV with lots of cables for sharing, and a mix of microphones for audio, and for Videoconferencing. On one project, a customer had a physical whiteboard (and nonworking markers), HDMI, DVI, VGA (and more) cables, a legacy Tandberg equipment. He decided to deploy a Lifesize Share, a solution on top of 20 years of experience and innovation efforts Lifesize put in meeting room conferencing solutions. Now the video meetings are 4K, brainstorming on a whiteboard is easy, and sharing content is intuitive and cable-free and without any intervention of an IT technician. They now are more than ever focus on business matters rather than old technical problems. This truly liberates the productivity and efficiency in meetings.

Lifesize desktop app is suitable for guest invitees. It's well-designed, intuitive, and hassle-free software available on all platforms plus web-based interfaces that don't need any pre-installation. It is fully integrated with Lifesize Share. This can be used jointly with Microsoft Teams which is the main collaborative tool used in the company. The user experience is smooth and no difference is noticed between a user connecting from Teams or a user connecting to Lifesize App.

Work life with Lifesize Share.
For conference rooms, this product allows the screen to look like an endpoint for Microsoft Teams, thus allowing collaboration between people in the rooms and others. These could be a Lifesize share in another conference room or someone using Microsoft Teams on a PC, either in the office or at home.

The Webex boards are much more expensive and need a bunch of other Cisco products to work really well. The Cisco solution also requires significantly more administration, and the initial setup is best done by professionals with deep experience installing the solution. We also found the Lifesize Share to be more intuitive than the Cisco Webex board.

Ease of use is the most important factor as many employees use these conference rooms, and it is not always convenient to find someone from IT to help explain how the technology works. This means the solution needs to be very intuitive, well-built to stand up to abuse, and reliable without a lot of preventative maintenance.
Get more end users involved early in the evaluation and selection process as the Technology team always finds it easier to use than most of their business peers.
