Select Lifesize Video Conferencing because it is an online meeting software that has a robust interface, a pleasant interface, and solutions that we can take full advantage of, it offers immediate solutions for screen sharing communication through the web or app. It has worked perfectly for me, offering quality and security as well as being fast and with a free trial, which adjusts to the needs of its users.

While it is not the most resourceful, it meets our needs and comes at a cost that our business can afford. Why pay more? That's why we have Lifesize Video Conferencing.
Lifesize Video Conferencing had a comparable video picture to Polycom, but it appeared to require for more bandwidth. As if it wasn't being compressed at all. But the major factor for us was that Lifesize Video Conferencing (at least at the time) was not able to integrate with some of the Microsoft solutions that we already implemented. Audio quality was far better on the Polycom and even more so with some large rooms where we were able to add additional microphones - some of them hanging from the ceiling.
For a small organization, Lifesize Video Conferencing probably isn't a bad starting out point. As I've said, the last 2 companies I was with, outgrew the limitations at both.

Lifesize Video Conferencing is providing all major features at a reasonable cost as compared to other competitors. The audio and video qualities on offer are also comparable and sometimes superior w. r. t. other players in market. There are no issues in hardware/software availability. The platform can be accessed both through downloaded app or directly through browser and also provides option of accessing through Third Party Rooms. There is compatibility with all kinds of platforms like Android, windows, mac etc. The app is small in size/consumes less disk space and is easy to install , understand and operate.

Lifesize is a great tool!
When I compare with other products Lifesize wins definitely for video quality.

Solid Video Conferencing... On a Budget!
The cost of Lifesize Video Conferencing is very affordable compared to other applications on the market. The audio and video quality is not as consistent as a ZOOM, Webex or doxy.me. We have experienced the video shaking, the audio delays or dropping sporadically. We were able to use Lifesize with existing hardware similar to the other products which and again coupled with the price made it an easy choice.

The best video conference you will ever use!
- Zoom, BlueJeans Meetings and Google Hangouts Meet
The presence of the camera and microphone in all the meeting rooms we have is amazing. The video and audio quality are great and you really feel as if you were in-person speaking. We love to use Lifesize and are very used to make video calls every day at all times.

LifeSize easy conferencing
Ranks at the top
Cisco Webex required us to have webcams on all users, whereas Lifesize can utilize a single device (camera) that multiple employees can use at once. I also think that the video quality on the Lifesize camera is exceptional. The meeting software is relatively easy to use and is very reliable.

Lifesize to connect Worldwide
- Polycom
Better quality
For the TOC, I would say Lifsize has been good. We do use a combination of Lifesize and Polycom endpoints. Polycom does have more capabilities but at a higher cost.

Lifesize emerging as a key player in Video conferencing
As per my knowledge, Lifesize Video Conferencing is the only OEM that provides hardware, video conferencing software, integration of both hardware & software as a one-stop-shop for a variety of hardware devices, & a number of software plans. [We are interested in] 4 k; lifesize has already [rolled out] the same.

Video Conferencing at it's very best! When sub standard simply will not do, Lifesize is the smart choice!

When compared to Zoom, one of the massive benefits that Lifesize brings is total peace of mind with security. Call encryption is part of the core in Lifesize and not an optional feature as in Zoom. I don't know about you, but every conversation can contain private and confidential information, so protecting me, my team, and my customers is totally covered with Lifesize!
When compared with other providers, the quality of the video and lip sync on Lifesize is simply flawless. With the ability to deliver a call at 4k ultra high definition at 60 frames per second, the platform is simply awesome! Zoom is only 720p and the data share is only 5 frames per second. Zoom is simply substandard when compared to Lifesize.
We often speak with clients who are using Teams or Skype for Business, but when you compare the video and audio quality with that achieved by Lifesize, they simply do not match up. If you want excellent quality video and ultra-sharp audio, then Lifesize is the only way to go!

We couldn't move away from it fast enough. I don't want to recommend the platform that we went to, as I'm not here to promote. Rather, I'm compelled to explain to people just how bad my experience was with Lifesize and make sure that people know what they are in for.

- Zoom
Security is important so we use both depending on what is required. The low bandwidth has an advantage for multiple users and the locations can mute the conversation to talk with themselves in Lifesize. Zoom has controls for the moderator and not the individual.

LifeSize review from 3 years' perspective
This video conferencing has been chosen by the company service desk. I am not sure how they made the choice and selected LifeSize from across all the companies providing similar solutions. I have not asked them for the reason they chose this product over others.

LifeSize Review
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and Cisco Webex Calling
We liked the LifeSize audio and video equipment. Its proprietary but the quality of the hardware (such as the lens for the camera) is very high end. This makes for clear image transmission and high video quality. It allows for big conference\meeting room setups without compromising picture clarity due to its high-end zoom capabilities.

Rock solid, High-def conferencing for multi-site distributed companies.
Lifesize is a combined hardware/software solution that provides rock-solid and high-fidelity communications. It really shines in larger organizations that have dedicated conference facilities and the staff to maintain those properly. The quality is unmatched, and I have never experienced an audio or video quality issue when using a Lifesize system. The video quality (including dynamic cameras) are fantastic.

Great video conferencing, but does not replace top of the market screen sharing solutions
I consider Webex, GoToMeeting, and Zoom to be in a different category since they focus more on the screen share element and video is secondary. With Lifesize Video Conferencing, that is reversed.
September 13, 2019
Video Conference capabilities with the Lifesize units
Lifesize is much less expensive, both in terms of the purchase price as well as in terms of the total maintenance costs. Setup, implementation, and administration are all much easier with Lifesize than with the Polycom units. Updates are simple to install, and the software is generally well designed, with the user's experience in mind.

Lifesize Icon and Lifesize Cloud Rocks!
With the infrequent and sporadic use of our system, we could not justify the extra cost of the Polycom. The ease of use for students calling into a virtual meeting room was easy, intuitive and connected flawlessly. In our institution, our needs vary from semester to semester, and we needed a flexible solution which could be used anywhere and not be hardware and room dependent like our old Polycom unit was.

Better options out there
We only implemented the Lifesize video conferencing system because a bullheaded C level executive demanded it. I recommended against it throughout the entire process, as it is a poor implementation of all the technology it uses.
Users who are familiar with Skype but are looking for more robust features will absolutely love Lifesize! You get all of the ease of Skype paired with all of the features of a high-end video conference system in one easy-to-use package. A big factor that sets Lifesize apart is the support! Talk to a person every time! Not just prompts.

Great, but expensive
- Zoom
Zoom doesn't connect a meeting room full of people to others, it only connects individual users.
