We use Lifesize for staff meeting to discuss all areas of the
business. We provide training to all staff members in remote offices on a regular
basis. The executive Team uses the video conference for their weekly
meetings where they too can discuss topics and share presentations. We use it for support calls as well.

We give everyone in our firm the ability to use the video conferencing software. If they are in the office they can use one of the conference rooms or if they are traveling they can use the app. If they need to join someone from outside the firm we provide them a link to work with.

Administration, operation, and commercial functions use it. Basically any individual from the organization can use and manage video calls to fulfill their needs for communication. The administration team uses Lifesize for meetings about financials, the operation team communicates with branch plants to assist and resolve machinery/equipment issues, and the commercial team uses it to have phone meetings. Now, they have video meetings to plan the commercial strategy to follow.

LifeSize - an easy, effective, and affordable option for domestic and international communication

LifeSize is utilized across our entire company. Senior management uses it frequently to meet with other senior personnel around the globe. Our various departments (Accounting, Acquisitions, Research, Asset Management) use it to communicate with the same departments in other offices/countries. Management uses it as a tool to remotely interview prospective employees. We use it for team meetings and company-wide announcements. Our interns will utilize it as a way to present their work to the local office, by using LifeSize to cast their laptop screens onto the big screen in the conference room It's available to everyone and so easy to use, more and more people are using it to their own ends.
