I, personally, did not have much luck with Lifesize support. Each time i had to reach out to them it was a lengthy and frustrating process. I think each time the issue eventually got resolved but just the process to get there was pretty crazy.

I have not faced any major issues in conducting or attending meetings through Lifesize Video Conferencing. While there could be some abrupt disconnections sometimes, we can join back within no time. All the features are easy to understand and use and the user-friendly interface is a delight to operate. Ever since the need for conducting meetings through online mode has increased, Lifesize Video Conferencing has been a great enabler.

Support has been decent throughout our use of Lifesize Video Conferencing. There were times we needed to make changes, customizations and additions to the application which took a little longer than expected. Overall the support team for Lifesize was very responsive to our requests. When we experienced issues with the application they were resolved to our expectations.

As I mentioned we have used the Lifesize support team very infrequently, but when we need them, they are very responsive to our questions and concerns. They provide the right documentation, education and support we would expect form this type of vendor. They are always available to help up through a problem

We have very rarely needed to utilize the support team for Lifesize but when we did, they always were able to assist us in resolving our issues. They were professional and were eager to address our concerns/issues. Despite the limited experience with their support options, I certainly have no complaints.

Lifesize Video Conferencing has one of the best support [teams]. LifesizeVideo Conferencing [has] a very good response rate & resolution of the issue with follow ups & testing, [and it's] easy to communicate with the support team & get guidance if we are stuck somewhere so overall support is very good.

Even though I do not have a large presence with Lifesize, I still get amazing support from their customer service, tech support and account managers. I have never had a question go unanswered!

Lately our account has been relatively dormant, and the sales and support team reached out and asked if there was anything they could do on their end to help us use the product more. Knowing that someone is monitoring, and cares, about our account is fantastic!

The pre sales support is great. After the pre sales process it was hard to get decent support. Since the product was new there was a lack of knowledge by vendors and even their own support staff. I feel that this is an area where they really need to step it up.

Support for Lifesize is firstly provided by our reseller (Cap-Visio). They are not as reactive as we expect. We had some serious issues in 2017, and we had to escalate directly to Lifesize, which means we had 2 different groups of people to talk to. In the end, the main problem we faced was partially solved, and we had a lot of tests to do to make sure it was working. By the way, we appreciated direct support from Lifesize with available and knowledgeable people.

We had some initial concerns re the support. Some requests took very long to solve and others we had to keep pushing for answers. This has been mostly resolved since we reached out about this

Lifesize support is one of the best features in this kind of product. With other products we usually need to search and find solutions in public forums.
We have a considerable size installation in countries where communications are not as good as needed, but with the help of Lifesize support team we were able to easily make the better configurations in order to use the maximum of the available network.

Everytime we have a problem with a device there is allways someone on the support team available to help us. Great Support Service!

Of the few support calls I have had some did not result in rapid closure. There seemed to be 2 scenarios. 1) Tier 1 did not having access to enough information to answer basic questions. 2) I had a more advanced case that spun around in tier 2 for a while and never really went anywhere. To be fair, I have also had some support issues that were closed on the the first call. I rated a 7 because while I cant say I have been 100% satisfied with the support experience, the support is somewhat typical of companies of that ilk, and my expectations were shaped accordingly.
