Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Linker Cloud Fulfillment Platform as this is the system suggested by our outsourced fulfillment center. We manage stock quantities and all moves of inventory on a daily basis. Also, on a monthly basis we use the system for our scheduled stock count. The system is also used to track product returns from our customers.

In our case - a B2C fashion e-commerce business where fulfillment is operated by the outsourced partner this is a perfect tool. It easily integrates with our shop engine (WooCommerce) and enables tracking all inventory movements live. We used a different system (Way2Send) before and Linker is way easier to use and serves us really well.

W2S (Way2Send) was a pain in the back for us as we could not perform most basic operations ourselves. Almost each task had to be performed by system admins. In contrary, Linker Cloud Fulfillment Platform enables easily performing basic operations by ourselves which takes down the friction in our cooperation with the fulfillment center.
