  • High Q
In terms of pros, Kira doesn't provide its software in isolation. They have a strong consultancy team (both legal and technical) that help us use the product. In terms of cons, it would be great if they released more provisions out of the box that can be used in the UK market.

  • HighQ: Using built-in integration.
  • Intra-links: Using built-in integration.
We would love to be able to build out custom APIs using the open infrastructure, but our team does not have access to or budget for developer resources, so we are stuck with relying on built-in integrations, which is frustrating.

  • PowerBI. I was able to create some reporting using the API.
  • Excel. This allows me to export and report on licensing (which is different than the API reporting).
  • SharePoint integration.
  • CaseWare working papers
  • Any structured SQL
More difficult. The Excel exports don't match the API data and the data changes, so it's hard to keep records.
