I may be premature in giving the implementation a 10 since we are still rolling out, but the Admin on Demand service has been able to understand and overcome all of our complexities.

The implementation was for the most part self-taught. Anything else would need to be done by their customization team or your IT team that knows CSS coding. We also noticed there was a lot of enhancements that were done to Litmos while we used it. The team did great at showcasing how we could use this, but some items needed much IT involvement which slowed us down a bit.

The company received a change in learning style from the old to this newer style. From our perspective, it was just a case of swapping out the scores and adjusting the language. The initial show-and-tell about the library we could use and how to use the materials was instrumental. From the learner's perspective, it was all very self-explanatory.

Our implementation didn't go as planned on schedule. there were issues and we were down for longer than expected. Our support rep at the time was not available to help and didn't return phone calls. After we implemented, there was an issue where all of our data was lost and we had the same issue - lack of response from litmos. We had to import all of our data again, so technically we had two implementations.

We are big fans of Litmos!

Was not involved in implementation. Reviewing past the implementation was tough, 10 years later we are still dealing with set-up issues that prevent effective usage.

Implementation was difficult, and we are still having constant issues wit the ADP connector. But our new rep, Hillary Suriel has been the most helpful partner we have had at Litmos yet.

The implementation was awful. There were issues almost daily, lots of going back and forth between our Mentor and Support tickets. It was painful and we kept getting a lot of "wow we've never had this happen before" and people throwing their hands in the air as if nothing could be done. They ended up involving the new leader of customer service to help push each department we were working with to get this up and running. That helped somewhat.

Clean entrance into the LMS opportunity, and solid ROI, from a small business / BCorp.'s perspective

I think having our account executive as the primary contact on our implementation was sufficient, but it also might have been nice to have a specific implementation specialist assigned, to get behind some of the nitty gritty questions/details in a slightly more focused/timely way. However, that said, our account executive did a very capable job and was a pleasure to partner with.
