Our team is within Litmus weekly, so we are the individuals in-house who support Litmus on an on-going basis. However, other than us 3, we do not have anyone within the system itself. We are the ones creating folders, organizing things, sending specific emails to proof in, etc.

Our team of email developers, solutions architects and strategists support Litmus daily, from building out our email code or our email design system, to checking the analytics and stats to make sure deliverability is good, to working with our business partners so they are up to date and know how to work within the proofing system of litmus.

I don't have anyone internally to help me with Litmus, and no one else is working in Litmus that requires any help with it. If something came up, I'd step up as the point of contact, though I'm not really sure when this would happen. The support skills are just general tech skills, as well as a combo of knowledge of differences between email clients and an understanding of how to find answers.

We have three people on our marketing team who utilize the platform to different degrees but primarily, I am the one who manages the email campaigns and supports Litmus. Having a background in email marketing, the platform allows me to build, test, and preview my email campaigns prior to sending.

Our newsletter developers are our in-house support for Litmus, and they are quite knowledgeable. Litmus is very user friendly, so you would simply need some basic email marketing skills in order to learn the program and become a support in your organization.

The Litmus platform is scalable. We have 2 administrative type roles who actively manage the Litmus platform. Our manager reviews account usage, expires anyone who hasn't logged in for 90 days, and ensures the invoices are paid. Our specialist creates codes and pulls analytics on email campaigns.

Litmus can be used effectively by marketers without in-depth technical programming skills. The various training examples, documentation, and support provided makes it easy to set up and use. The user interface is easy to follow and the marketing emails, white papers, and blogs produced by Litmus keep users informed with the information they need to stay on top of their field.

We do not have an internal team to support Litmus and honestly, one isn't needed. Anytime I have had to reach out to get assistance with anything within Litmus, I have always been able to utilize Litmus' blogs, videos, and support to solve for anything I have run across. To be fair, everything that has needed support has ended up being operator error and Litmus was quickly able to assist.

As a tool that has been fully integrated into a delivery model there are only a handful of people with allocation dedicated to Litmus support. While that is partly due to team comfort and confidence in navigating the tool and addressing questions and/or issues, the support team also fields quite a bit which is fantastic from a resource management perspective. However, if you do have the budget for an IC and or manager with a technical preference, but be mindful of their ability to manage strategic/client facing teams to prevent mis-representations of timing or capabilities to ensure your team is not over-promising and under-delivering. Litmus is a major component in our stack but, as with all things, rarely will a single platform fix ALL issues, but if done diligently and planned appropriately, the right people can DEMONSTRATE efficiencies gained if given the appropriate space to deliver.

We mainly just need someone to monitor users in the account, the rest of the platform doesn't need much in house support. Everything in the platform is super easy to use. Also, the support from Litmus themselves is really good quality.

The basic knowledge about mobile and desktop clients is required to use litmus. Testers should know how to use litmus with a screenshot capture tool to enter any defects. Developers and QA team should have knowledge of accessibility and mobile testing.
