What is LiveHire?

LiveHire is a multi-faceted talent management solution designed to find the right talent in the most efficient manner. LiveHire combines wide-reaching, branded talent attraction strategies with powerful technologies (an Applicant Tracking System and Recruitment CRM) to both bring in qualified candidates and keep them organized once they’ve applied. LiveHire also leverages the power of AI to bring the best talent to the front of the line relieving recruiters of much of the manual work needed to do this.

Branded Talent Attraction

LiveHire provides recruiters with the ability to manage talent clouds across however many brands are associated with their organization. These talent clouds pull in candidates from multiple sources and give recruiters the opportunity to have a private connection with these candidates. These talent clouds may also include internal staff, contractors, and even alumni who may be seeking opportunities to advance within the organization. In addition to the talent clouds, LiveHire presents recruiters with unified candidate profiles. These profiles are compiled with LiveHire’s résumé parser and even include “deep data” on topics such as candidate specialties, experience and preferences as well as any notes on the candidates’ previous engagement with the organization. LiveHire not only finds new candidates but also specializes in re-engaging former applicants. For example, recruiters can mark certain candidates as “silver-medallists” who may be a good fit for future roles.


One major advantage of LiveHire is the ability to post branded job listings on all of the leading career websites in addition to any internal locations. Like the talent clouds, these job listings can be configured to accommodate multiple brands in order to attract the right talent to the right brands. HR administrators can also set up and track employee referral programs in order to extend the talent pool even further and incentivize current employees to engage further with the company.

Applicant Tracking System and CRM

In addition to attracting talent, LiveHire also has powerful tools to manage the talent once they’re through the door with their Applicant Tracking System and CRM. LiveHire has an AI that will automatically shortlist the right candidates to get people into the interview stage with little time wasted on sifting through applications. Recruiters can also harness the advanced talent search feature with over 25 filters, feature tagging, and candidate ratings. Talent can be instantly segmented based on employment status, skills, and role preferences to make sure the right people are being surfaced.


LiveHire’s Applicant Tracking System automates much of the manual work done by recruiters. Administrators, recruiters, and hiring managers alike can create and access custom recruitment workflows that match the needs of their organization. Additionally, they can create custom scoring and weighting to key interview questions and track these scores throughout the entire hiring cycle. For companies with a high volume of job openings, recruiters can message multiple candidates simultaneously using LiveHire’s native two-way texting platform or through email integrations. LiveHire’s native communication platform has been shown to get fast response times (with a median of 17 minutes) whether it be messaging multiple people or just a single candidate. LiveHire’s ATS also possesses the ability to schedule and manage interviews and easily integrates with scheduling tools such as Calendly, EventBrite, and MeetUp.
