  • Before SolarWinds Loggly, we would experience hours if not days of performance issues on our sites because of DDOS attacks. SolarWinds Loggly takes a who portion of guess and investigative work out of the equation.
  • We can quickly identify issues in our logs and spend our time working on the solution instead of trying to identify the problem.

  • Loggly's awkward pricing and API forced us to artificially reduce log volume (i.e. truncate logs) which negatively impacted overall quality and now rework is necessary to undo the damage.

Loggly helps us daily. However, its search and reporting capabilities also leave us wanting more.

  • Log monitoring was a client feature request. Using an open source solution that would have needed setup and hosting would have been more expensive than using Loggly.
