Both our productivity and efficiency have increased after using LogicMonitor and specially because we get instantly notified, we don't need to frequently check our devices.

Fantastic monitoring platform, simple to implement and yields remarkable outcomes with low costs.
It has certainly increased our efficiency as now it can detect any issue automatically. But one thing I would like to add is that to add a function to automatically solve the issue or give a suitable solution for it which could further save our time.

Track your company's network and devices with LogicMonitor.
We stopped using a lot of tools after we started using it as it had all the required features in one place. It is much simpler to set up and add new devices, which saves us a lot of time.
Though their alert templates are somewhat old, they are still very usable. And it has saved us a ton of time and resources. Also due to the automatic detection, most of our server issues are solved.

It was pretty fast to get it running and showing graphs over the network devices that we monitored. This helped a lot to our NOC when we needed to have a new device in place running on the infrastructure.

LogicMonitor is a rising star and dependable platform
New modules can be created easily. Alerts come with links directly to the device and the alerting datapoint. We were able to drop dependency on two other platforms as we brought LogicMonitor online.
We have used both API integration and webhooks to our messaging platform. The dashboards are easy to rely on for a high-level view of the device health across all locations.

Superb item for any and all of your monitoring and needs
Thanks to LogicMonitor, we were able to retire and combine a few of our older technology. Also with improved visibility from the start of an outage, we can better focus our efforts on the investigation when something requires attention hence decreasing the mean time to resolve.

The tool for strategic Managed Services partners
It has not, but I will be tracking our mean time to resolution as we finalize our migration into LogicMonitor and see how it affects that efficiency. The PSA integration lacks so much that we may end up needing an additional tool or in-house developed tool to sync ticket updates AND configuration data...hoping for those features coming soon!

LogicMonitor is a solid, trustworthy monitoring tool.
Onboarding is simplified by LogicMonitors inherent automation discovering all active client services across devices. LogicMonitor replaced our syslog server, monitoring platform, and Windows server analyzer with one cloud-based solution.
Automation tools can significantly reduce the time spent on manual and repetitive tasks. By consolidating monitoring and automation tools into one platform, organizations can streamline their IT operations, reduce tool complexity, and achieve cost savings.
We haven't made much use of LogicMonitor's automation features. We primarily use it as an observability solution.
LogicMonitor's flexibility enables us to run collectors on existing servers at strategic locations, eliminating the need for dedicated systems. Since it is a SaaS platform, we no longer have to provision separate database servers. This consolidation has substantially reduced our on-premises server footprint dedicated to supporting all our monitoring efforts.

Carrier Grade Monitoring for Managed Service Providers
The core automation capability we leverage in LogicMonitor is network configuration management backups. While we had a previous platform doing the same thing, it was cumbersome to manage two tools with the same asset record information. More importantly, we paid for a secondary solution that overlapped with the LogicMonitor platform. By consolidating things into LogicMonitor, we could perform monitoring and backup functions of network assets across our clients.
We were able to use LogicMonitor to consolidate our syslog server, monitoring platform, and Windows log server analyzer into this one cloud based tool. We are also able to run the LogicMonitor collectors on existing servers at key sites instead of having dedicated systems and since this is a SaaS platform we don't have to provide any database servers. Overall we have greatly reduced the on prem server footprint required to support monitoring.

LogicMonitors native automation has significantly simplied the onboarding of new customers, with automated discovery of services across devices this has reduced the onboarding time and ensured that all active services within a customer are correctly monitored.

LogicMonitor is the best thing you've never heard of
We have provided increased visibility into our network because it allowed us to full backup and alert on unexpected configuration changes on our network. We were also allowed to remove inadequate tools from our stack to make our security posture stronger, overall.

Great infrastructure monitoring and alerting but geared towards larger organizations and bad pricing practices!
LogicMonitor has not replaced any other tools or lowered the need for them. It's simply a nice monitoring platform to be alerted of any issues immediately when it happens and before users call and complain. Usually we're already aware and fixing the problem by the time we get calls about issues. It does help to keep the time to resolution very low.

Worth every penny!
We were able to retire at least 3 items from our inventory in terms of tools for monitoring our network. To an extent, even some switch processes for configuration as well. It provided clear visibility into issues we had, or ones we didn't know about. We saved a lot of man hours by being able to detect issues before end users could report them, and even collecting configurations automatically.

We have not retired any tools other than Auvik which was our network monitoring tool at the time. We haven't been able to leverage any additional automation at this time.

One Stop Monitoring Solution and New Market Player
As I mentioned earlier also LM is one stop solution for all infra monitoring including Networks, Servers, Database, Website, Logis, Cloud Services. Now LM has also mentioned that APM is also going to be the roadmap and a target for this year which seems to be a market sweeping move. With these capability this will really become a single monitoring solution. Automatic alerting and monitoring has reduced implementation efforts but resolution time also.
