- Great investment to manage small to medium enterprises
- Excellent remote administration capabilities without much user training
- Some concerns related to data handling. For example, anyone with access can have total control of the system at BIOS level which is scary.

- We do not consider it as an ROI as it is not viewed as a unique solution for our environment. It is more of a commodity product for us.

- not sure on a measurable ROI, but LogMeIn has definitely been a useful tool for our one satellite office where there are two devices that require unattended remote access
- only negative I can think of, cost-wise, is that the cost of ALL remote access software jumped a number of years back where suddenly there were no longer any free options

- Excellent ROI -- the increased productivity more than pays the cost of the subscriptions.

- Negatively, again, the cost is so much that we reduced it to servers only.

LogMeIn Pro Review
- With LogMeIn Pro I can resolve my clients' issues by accessing their remote desktop, which is secure and fast. LogMeIn Pro provides a good connection which is always reliable. My connections has dropped a few times and that is because of using a Mac, but in the end I am able to resolve issues much faster.
- Our clients are much happier since we started using LogMeIn Pro because we have gained trust with our clients. They are aware of their data being secured at all times and available to view right away when they need to. We have achieved this goal by using the Password manager call LastPass that is offered with LogMeIn Pro for up to 5 PCs. We have bolstered and secured our servers by using the password manager.

- No positive or negative impact. Most end-users don't care what program you use to access their systems. As long as you can get in and their effort to let you in is minimal.

Love LogMeIn.
- Great to allow workers to work from home. They have remote access easily and can do quick fixes without driving to the office.
- Hard for supervisors to control work hours. Supervisors do not know when the workers are really working.
- Being able to even access remotely via smartphone has been impactful to trouble shooting. Your main go to person is traveling and no access to a PC or internet. They can use their smartphone to remote back to the office and fix a quick issue.
