LogMeIn Rescue is easy to start and use and does not consume resources on your computer slowing it down.

We are also often providing support for non-tech savvy end users who might have a hard time downloading and installing remote access software, especially when firewall warnings start to appear. LogMeIn Rescue's process is intuitive and easy to follow for our users.

The user interface is extremely simple and easy to understand. It is a very minimalistic approach and does not confuse the user nor the technician. This makes it highly attractive especially for users that are not computer savvy or have trouble understanding.

LogMeIn has all the features that it needs, and does its job exceptionally well. As a service desk technician who used it for several years, there isn't anything bad I could say about it. It's fast, easy to use, and reliable. As an administrator of the tool, again there's nothing bad to say. Its a set and forget tool, and has never caused any problems for me. I got in once in a while to administer user accounts and run some reports, but I never had to log in because something is "broken" or doesn't work properly. Another sign that the tool is great at what it does is that nobody complains about it or wished it as something or works a certain way.

I have been using LogMeIn for over 4 years and have never had issues with it or experienced a single second of downtime. The product is consistently reliable and in our company reliability is one the most important factors. Combine that with the fact that it is easy to use and pact with features i see no reason why this would not be a 10 out of 10.

really good tool. it can do most every operation. unfortunately, you do need the user to initiate the support vs. something like Dameware and gaining admin access in a business environment means giving the customer's admin credentials. I also wish the file manager did not need admin control to use.

Too easy, you can just start using it the second you install it. There is not much to say here because the program is very straightforward and I found it impossible to see how a technician or anyone that has any idea how to use remote desktop interface to have too many issues with it.
