Before Loopio, we had someone who coordinated responses through email and copying from old PDFs/responses. We didn't look at any competitors to Loopio. No need after seeing the demo!

There aren't any competitors like it in the same space. You can build bespoke machine learning processes or go with a huge vendor like Archer, but Loopio is in a class of one. We really like the features at the price point. You get good value by significantly reducing the time to response for customers, which both reduces staff time and also delights the customers with a swifter response.
