We use Loyalty Lion as the backend tool for our Shopify website as a part of our CRM strategy to incentivize our customers to buy directly from me than other channels. We use the tool to give out, track and redeem reward points to our customers for making a purchase on our website. Since it is a Shopify tool, the integration is seamless and resourceful.

If you have a Shopify website for your business, LoyaltyLion is a no-brainer due to its seamless integration which means it will fit like a glove into your CRM strategy. However, for any other backend e-commerce website, you need to look elsewhere since integration is not possible especially if you are looking at a retail strategy too where your POS system needs to be integrated into your website.
