The search absolutely did not work for us. We have thousands of products and we needed to add relevant products to the carousells for all of them. Luigi's Box solved our search and recommended products - carousells. Our products is really diverse. Everything cannot be done automatically and manual intervention is required. This will be resolved by technical support within 4 hours.

Good performances with this tool

We use Luigi's Box for E-merchandising product suggestions and internal searches. The internal search bar is used a lot on our website. We had a problem with a low average basket.The "Last seen" function has been a great advantage for our site.

Best search results
Our search engine didn't work well, we had to find a better solution and we picked Luigi's Box. So the main problem was searching. Unfortunately, we have the same issue with recommenders so we decided to solve this issue too. We have been using Luigi's Box for a few months, and the searchability is much better, recommenders we are planning to implement very soon.

Love the search engine. I’m not going to name the solution we were using previously (fine, it was an in-house solution and it doesn't have a name) but Luigi’s Box is a great improvement over that. That alone would justify the investment as it vastly improves the user experience of our website. In addition to that, their pricing is more than reasonable and implementation was seamless. Can't recommend it enough.

The best solution for searching on modern eshop
We use Luigi's Box for interactive product search and recommendation as part of the customer's purchase process. It makes their search very easy and provides the best results for their query. The automatic filling, which takes into account the most searched phrases, also works great. The advantage is the display of the product as well as an article from a blog with a topic related to the search query.
