Luma is the best Virtual Assistant Tool. We can use it in any large or small scale industry in the marketing business and getting in touch with customers or clients is a very crucial part of maintaining relations with clients. Luma comes with big help its own virtual assistant feature helps to communicate with customers 24/7 the queries is been solved virtually with the help of AI in Luma.
  • It provides quick replies to the customer with chat it has AI which determines and replies to frequently asked questions.
  • Without stating the whole sentence it understands what the user is going to express it helps to get a better approach in terms of communication stability.
  • The best part is effective and satisfactory support given by he service owners.
  • The configuration of Luma in the user end is much more complex if a newbie tries to configure it will be difficult to handle it.
  • The steps must be properly documented while performing the change.
  • Sometimes it shows inconsistent lagging behaviour while handling the app.

Thanks to this software we have had a better response capacity with our clients since we attend to their demands in record time. The customer will always be attended to, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, making the agents attend to customers with urgent calls and the usual answers are answered automatically with Luma.
  • It has different automation tools such as answers to frequently asked questions.
  • Understands and responds naturally to customers, making communication more fluid and efficient.
  • It has integration with social networks such as Facebook, Skype, and WeChat among others.
  • Setting up the software was very difficult as well as installing the configurations.
  • The fact that it does not allow integration with customer service platforms is frustrating.
  • It is hard to adapt to the program, I wish it was much more intuitive, so you would get much more out of it from the beginning.
I highly recommend this software to improve the workflow in the sales department and customer service, as it allows us to serve all customers through different communication channels. With Luma, we were able to make our customers feel better attended and always give them an answer to their requests.

Luma is a powerful platform for Our company uses this online video conferencing virtual meeting software for companies looking to collaborate with employees in different parts of the world. to connect with our colleagues and students around the world in real-time meetings. It has been expensive topics, narrow intent, outdated data, and for the most part, the data is not active and also does not have an on-demand research feature.
  • Integration with Salesforce is pretty straightforward. Lots of features and capabilities to choose from.
  • The accuracy of their contact details is quite good. Your company data is really good.
  • Helping my closing just when talking to new clients.
  • I can find all my contacts for a company.
I can fast chat, share files, share screens, present, and collaborate on any work through a streamlined interface. it is very easy to use and accessible worldwide for meetings despite long distances between users, You can use it to meet people virtually using video and audio, making it easy to connect with people across borders. It saves a lot of time and is effective for both discussion and work meetings.
  • You can use the built-in virtual whiteboard for better planning and brainstorming.
  • Better than most other comparable platforms.

A scenario in which it may be appropriate is the legal environment, the least appropriate is the medical environment, since in the medical one we are dealing with human lives, where the margin of error must be 0, in the legal case, although deal with important matters in the case of error can be amended
