Luminate's basic functionality is reliable, but more complex actions, and integrations with other software can be troublesome. (Luminate Beta looks to be promising.) We currently use Luminate CRM to sync information between Luminate Online and Salesforce and find that we have a large number of contacts and donations that do not sync properly.

Pages load fast and 98% of the reports do run in a matter of secons/minutes. There is this one report I have that can take hours to run, but this is due to the amount of transactions being requested for one of our biggest online fundraising events (Transaction report)

I never have any issues with load time, with integration, data upload times etc. Sometimes data is big and takes time, but nothing unreasonable or what I wouldn't expect. I flip between html and plain text sometimes when coding emails and as long as you don't flip back and forth too often confusing the system it's fine.

Pages load quickly and reports are reasonably fast. I've never had any problem with scheduling reports or running them on the spot. During certain times when many other clients might be running reports, there may be a short lag, but not unreasonable.
