Finding contact information for prospects is always a hard job, but Lusha made it easy. I tested a lot of tools with this promise – around 6 different tools – but most of them always give wrong or inexistent e-mails adresses. Lusha was the one with the best ratio of true information found – not perfect, sometimes giving wrong info, but the best ratio for sure. We use Lusha for our SDR/BDR team to generate lists of qualified leads and we enrich these lists with data from searches on the internet and Lusha help us enrich with contact information.

Lusha is well suited for sales teams that have a clear target of companies to reach. It needs to work with LinkedIn, so if you have a Premium Sales Navigator LinkedIn license your results will be much better. It still works for teams without Sales Navigator licenses, but I highly recommend to buy the license.

We use lusha extension to find business email and direct phone numbers of our prospects, extremely easy to use, and database is rich.

The SDR team and sales researchers use this to contact prospects and enrich our databases. We use the Lusha chrome extension on the LinkedIn profiles and it will automatically pop up with a preview of information they have we can choose to use the Lusha credit to reveal the information if we like. My team and I personally love lusha due to easy of use and we at times find it way better than ZoomInfo and SalesIntel

A tool that syncs with sales navigator and makes it so easy to find relevant contact and identify the right buyer persona and decision-makers in the targeted company. I've been personally using the tool for about 4 years now and it has never let me down.

We use Lusha to extract phone numbers and email ids of the prospects. This helps the sales team in cold outeach. Our use-case is restricted to finding relevant details of the prospects and then leveraging these details in our outreach. Lusha is a great sales enablement tool and enables the sales team to send put cold emails and do cold calling easily by using information available.

Lusha is a great sales enablement tool that helps sales team in prospecting. The data provided by Lusha is 95% accurate and sales people are able to do cold outreach efficiently using Lusha. The organizations that need data at scale should definitely go for Lusha. However, if you have to find data for a less sample size, it won't add much value.

  • Lusha should do some cost analysis in the market to reduce the price

We use Lusha extenstion to gather more information of leads from linkedin profiles, Lusha Extension data was very accurate and most of the emails which I have personally fetched from Lusha Extension were almostly 60-70% were right and Most profile doesn't have numbers. We use Lusha Extension for finding right prospect and buyer .

I use Lusha weekly, if not daily, to gain contact information for prospecting enterprise clients. The aim is to have a broad range of personas that I can email or call, in order to establish the best point of contact relating to our product.
  • Syncs well with Salesforce.
  • I'm able to get more contact details for the EMEA region than another well known competitor.
  • The extension is quick and easy to access.
  • It would be nice to have a general idea of how many contacts it has information for on a particular account at the very start before scrolling through the different pages.
  • It would be great to also have the titles of individuals on the list, so it's quicker to sift who to keep in or exclude prior to revealing details.
  • No product is perfect! Some of the information generated can be inaccurate or generic, e.g., a phone number for a persona may not be direct for that individual but could be a general customer service number for the company and could be the same number listed for multiple prospects.
I've been able to get direct work email, and mobile numbers for prospects, and in some cases It managed to get me personal email addresses which have had a decent response rate above work emails.

As a b2b sales development agency, we currently use Lusha to extract mobile business numbers and e-mail addresses from key decision makers. We use the email IDs to warm up our cold-call campaigns, which we previously used to do by asking assistants and gatekeepers by phoning them. The mobile phone numbers we use to cold-call our prospects. Lusha saves us a lot of time and frustration in getting in touch with key decision-makers!

Its coverage and accuracy in email and phone numbers make it our #1 prospecting extension. We use Lusha on a daily basis to get in touch with C-level decision-makers for our campaigns. The amount of time and frustration we save is enormous, thanks to Lusha.

Lusha allows me to find contact details of relevant prospects. I have found it far more useful than Zoominfo, and the majority of the contact details are up to date and relevant for my day-to-day activities. I would 100 percent recommend it for other BDM/SDR job roles within the EMEA region. I would find my job very difficult without it.

Great when the information is accurate, but, in my experience, it is a crap shoot whether it is accurate or not, so you may be calling wrong or old #'s and sending emails to wrong or outdated emails. Always use it in conjunction with other sources to weed out #'s and emails that may be old. Start with the ones that show up across multiple platforms.

I use Lusha for Sales research. In Sales, prospect information is everything. To approach prospects and make our case, their contact detail is the first requirement. Lusha serves that purpose for our sales research team and BDRs/SDRs. The best thing is that the Lusha extension pops up as soon as a supported site is opened. In my case, Sales Navigator or basic Linkedin pages of prospects are enough for the extension to process info!

On opening the Linkedin or Sales Navigator profile, Lusha Extension pops up with the relevant prospect profile details and related information like company details, suggestions based on similar profiles, edit option, copy option, and more!

The challenge is connecting with the right prospects who don't always post email. Additionally, the ability to email or call personal contacts results in a higher connection rate. Lusha opens up options when prospecting on a multi-channel campaign, unlike any other tool. LinkedIn is the main place we search for contacts and the plugin is simple to use, unlocking contact info.

We prospect to business owners as well as individuals. In both cases, Lusha makes the process simpler through their easy-to-use Chrome extension. Knowing additional contact information, especially personal emails, and phone numbers, allows us to then personalize contact points and connect through multiple channels. Lusha's database is on par with other any other service and, in my opinion, superior when it comes to additional contact details.

Well, I have been in sales for a while now. I recently joined Inteliwaves, where they have been using Lusha for the past eight months. I was given access to this tool, and now I can't imagine myself prospecting without the use of this tool. The main business problem was reaching out to CXO-level people of the organization which used to take a lot of effort by connecting to borderline numbers, reaching out to executive-level people, sending LinkedIn In-mails, etc., but the success ratio was very low. Now with the help of Lusha, we can directly reach out to them on calls, and it makes our approach easy and hassle-free. This saves time and resources which otherwise could be used elsewhere. Also, the contact details are always accurate, may it be the phone numbers or email addresses. Lusha has made prospecting and connecting with the right people easy and efficient. This is a must-have tool for all sales professionals.
  • Pop up of Lusha extension is always prompt when prospecting on LinkedIn.

  • Prospecting through Lusha is also easy and has advanced filters to target the right audience.

Lusha is well suited for Business Development, Sales professionals, Data researchers, and similar profiles. Lusha is very well suited for B2B sales as finding contact details or connecting with CXO level people is often very difficult, and as they are the decision makers of any Organization, they are always a priority to connect or network within the sales cycle. Personally, I feel Lusha is not or won't be the best tool for B2C or products or services of low costs, which are targeted towards managers level personnel or as such.

My main role is to reach out to potential prospects and inform them of our product and how it can help them. Lusha allows me to gather their contact information, such as phone numbers and email. I can also prospect on Lusha, so I can go onto the website and run a search based on certain criteria, and lush will show me reliable contacts with good contact information.
  • Finds good phone numbers.
  • Emails are 90% valid.
  • Prospecting tool is great.
  • The fact that it pops up on every single page on Linkedin is quite annoying; I use LinkedIn sometimes outside of work hours and don't need to see the constant pop-up.
  • Doesn't integrate with HubSpot; I have to use LeadGenius to export the contacts to HubSpot and then manually fill in the info from lush.
Lusha works very well for finding good contacts, the numbers are usually always right and I generally tend to trust them if they came from Lusha. The emails are also valid probably about 90% of the time which is more than can be said for other marketing tools like LeadGenius. the prospecting tool is also great and I can find good contacts in bulk.

Lusha Extension lets you instantly reveal contact and company data on the right prospects, right where you work: LinkedIn, Gmail, Salesforce, or any company site. Mainly we use work email so as to generate good lead generation and convert leads to opportunities. It helps in enrichment which allows us to find contact details, such as email addresses and phone numbers.

Lusha is a very impressive tool to get authorised prospect data from various web sources. I have used Lusha for the past 2 years and Lusha never disappointed me. It has a great integration feature as well. You can not use Lusha if doing customized filtering. Being from the sales side, there are times when we need to contact the prospect through a call, that’s when Lusha is very handy as it provides contact details of the people easily through LinkedIn extension. Since it is integrated with LinkedIn that really helps in using it more, as you don’t have to go anywhere else.
  • Fetching work and personal email IDS.
  • Getting direct phone numbers.
  • Easily approachable at each profile.
  • If LinkedIn profile is not available then hard to get details.
  • Having a search feature on the app could help with getting details for nonexisting profiles.
Getting direct numbers and emails of the prospects directly from their LinkedIn profiles is not at all appropriate if people do not have a LinkedIn profile! And it’s a given in my experience that if you do not find the details on Lusha then you wouldn’t find it anywhere! Therefore, I want to push Lusha to do something about that as that’s disappointing.

I have used Lusha both in my previous and current company. Most of the use cases revolve around: Sourcing Leads and Accounts, Finding Cell Phone Numbers of prospects that are not available anywhere else, and building prospecting lists of >80% accuracy in terms of quality. Today in B2B, few realise that Sourcing Good Leads is almost as important as your prospecting efforts to those leads. Additionally, Lusha also helps us in enriching our existing account database with data points like revenue, company size, employees, HQ, etc.
  • 1-Click Hunting of Decision Makers: You go to a website and use the Lusha extension to directly get a list of key stakeholders for that company. Information. like Email-Ids, Phone Numbers (mobile/direct numbers) are readily available.
  • Mobile Numbers: Way better cell phone numbers and direct office lines. My team had been connecting at a much higher rate over the phone and booking more meetings in the EU territory with Lusha as compared to some other tools.
  • Recommendations: The more you use Lusha, the better their AI engine gets. It gives you recommendations for other qualified prospects and companies based on your previous and current searches. Something which can be very useful for an outbound sales development function.
  • List Building: You can directly save a contact into your CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot / etc) from Lusha with a single click. You can also choose to build your list on Lusha itself, which can be imported into your CRM at a later stage.
  • North American Database: Though Lusha is good for territories like the EU. India, MEA: the quality of data can be much better for the AMERICAS region.
  • Lacks Verification on Information: This is something that competitors like LeadIQ can provide. A verification mark, though more of a psychological check-mark of trust, works wonders.
  • Limitation of importing only 1 LSN Contact page at a time. CSV uploader might be helpful in this case, though it's an obvious additional step and causes friction.
List Building: Lusha is very well suited for building prospecting lists either inside Lusha itself or directly in your CRM with the import functionality. Self-Sourcing: In Outbound Sales, Lusha can be a boon for not only self-sourcing leads but also accounts especially if your TAM is huge. We've done this in the past and it has benefited us more than we'd imagined. Identification of New Leads: Prospects keep leaving and joining new companies - the importance of refresh rate in tools like Lusha is thus quintessential - and Lusha's refresh rate is pretty good. Lusha is what our EU reps use - ZoomInfo (which we use in NA) is awful over there due to GDPR. We had some issues with other tools because of GDPR. It was great for EU/non-US contact data. Lusha is pretty to get started with. The free account is good, although you only have a small number of credits each month. I even found that we were getting more mobile numbers from them. If your prospects are not on LinkedIn: Searching for them on Lusha is pretty useless. Also, workflow management for lead qualification on Lusha is relatively new.

We use Lusha to help find prospect contact information and to import it into our existing Salesforce instance.
  • Adding users into Salesforce
  • The data they find is almost always inaccurate in my opinion.
  • I wish they could ignore middle initials when people put them into LinkedIn.
It's a great tool if you have nothing at all and need SOMETHING to get contact information. I do really like the import function/their API when it comes to Salesforce.

The Lusha Extention is a great tool for any organization looking to further its client list. We used the extension to scrape websites in order to find the right person to contact for prospecting. If the records are available, the Lusha Extension will gather the person's name, email, phone, address, and all other information that you would like to know. It works really well and is very easy to set up and use.

  • There are no templates or next steps to follow up with your contacts
If you are looking to gather information, this extension is great. However, I have utilized other software more because of the additional aspects that you can do with them. For collecting contact information, Lusha is top tier. But for collecting the info and using that to send email campaigns, there are some better options out there.

Lusha has helped us a lot. For every SDR Lusha helps us to save a lot of time by providing the contact details via Linkedin profile. It scans the profile and shows us the results, which is quite helpful because it helps us overachieve our targets.

In my opinion, Lusha is the best tool for the sales team as we have to make new reaches out every day and without contact details, it cannot be done. It has made finding contact via Linkedin profile an easy task hence it saves a lot of time. It doesn't work in cases where the profile of a prospect is not on Linkedin.

We mostly use Lusha for B2B sales lead generation and prospect discovery. We need to target the right person or the decision-maker who is in a position to partner with us. Lusha has a high accuracy of data. Most of our work revolves around contact discovery and reaching out to the right people related to our design projects.

Using Lusha, I can work according to my preferred workflow, enriching contacts found in LinkedIn Sales Navigator with accurate data found on Lusha. I save time and am able to supplement my outreach and inbound lead generation efforts and meet my sales targets.
