Lusha is a friend of Sales Teams
The SDR team and sales researchers use this to contact prospects and enrich our databases. We use the Lusha chrome extension on the LinkedIn profiles and it will automatically pop up with a preview of information they have we can choose to use the Lusha credit to reveal the information if we like. My team and I personally love lusha due to easy of use and we at times find it way better than ZoomInfo and SalesIntel
- Find relevant information from LinkedIn Profiles
- Find relevant information from Business Websites
- Ease of use and copy
- Having a larger enriched database specially in Europe and APAC
- Some business insights and intent data will make it significantly better

Great prospecting tool

- Helps the sales team in prospecting
- Integrates seamlessly with our CRM
- At times, the phone numbers provided by Lusha are invalid
- Email ids need to be rechecked(verified) with another software (zerobounce)

- lusha also support to CRM like HubSpot you can simply added your lead to the CRM
- Lusha should do some cost analysis in the market to reduce the price
- credit cost is slightly high
- sales support team should be able to negotiate with client with good commercials

- Email Providing Service
- Most of the profile doesn't have mobile numbers
- Most of the emails were going to bounce. nearly 40%

I use it at least twice a week to prospect potential leads.

- Floating extension access button
Lusha Extension Review.
- Syncs well with Salesforce.
- I'm able to get more contact details for the EMEA region than another well known competitor.
- The extension is quick and easy to access.
- It would be nice to have a general idea of how many contacts it has information for on a particular account at the very start before scrolling through the different pages.
- It would be great to also have the titles of individuals on the list, so it's quicker to sift who to keep in or exclude prior to revealing details.
- No product is perfect! Some of the information generated can be inaccurate or generic, e.g., a phone number for a persona may not be direct for that individual but could be a general customer service number for the company and could be the same number listed for multiple prospects.
Significant efficiency boost for our sales reps thanks to Lusha.
- Extracting accurate mobile phone numbers of decision-makers.
- Extracting accurate email id's from decision-makers.
- Getting 'mobile phone number' lists by using the Lusha Prospecting tool.
- Sometimes the admin control panel could be a bit more clear.
Lusha finding a great talent.
- Contact details.
- Email
- Current organization details.
- Provide cell number of candidate.
- Provide accurate information.
- Zoom info provides more information than Lusha.
Great Product! If in Sales you need this!
- Mobile numbers.
- Correct email address.
- Company Info.
- Direct Dials.
- Some information is outdated.
Hit or Miss
- Emails are generally good
- Helpful with personal emails
- Multiple phone #'s
- Glitches a lot where it goes into death spiral
- Logs me out multiple times a day
- Phone #'s are usually bad or old #'s
- Hasn't always caught up to new employer so info is outdated
The tool to up your prospecting game!
- Identify prospect from Linkedin/Sales Navigator pages
- Show email ID and phone numbers of the prospect
- Reflect the correct/complete name of the prospect
- Suggest contacts from similar profiles
- Copy/edit option available for better user friendliness
- It shows relevant information of the prospect's company as well
- There should be separate credits for email & numbers so we can spend credits only for the details that we need.
- Option to show details/emails of the prospect for all the companies that they are currently employed with!
- Export links to transfer a prospect's detail to excel in a click!
- Well integrated browser (Chrome) plugin.
- Organized and detailed information.
- Excellent dashboard for overview of data
- More complete contact information.
- Built in campaigns to leverage these data points.
- Lusha works great within LinkedIn but could use improvement in other tools like Zoominfo, which has good info but combined, would be excellent.
- Pop up of Lusha extension is always prompt when prospecting on LinkedIn.
- Contact details are accurate and updated.
- Prospecting through Lusha is also easy and has advanced filters to target the right audience.
- Sometimes Lusha extension asks for sign-in through a pop-up, but even after signing in, the extension goes blank, and then we have to reinstall the chrome browser.
- location filters of India's states aren't available or doesn't work.
- Contacts are sometimes of old organizations of particular prospects.
Good quality contact info.
- Finds good phone numbers.
- Emails are 90% valid.
- Prospecting tool is great.
- The fact that it pops up on every single page on Linkedin is quite annoying; I use LinkedIn sometimes outside of work hours and don't need to see the constant pop-up.
- Doesn't integrate with HubSpot; I have to use LeadGenius to export the contacts to HubSpot and then manually fill in the info from lush.
The Go to platform for Sales Professionals
- Find contact Details
- Find Email Addresses
- Connect with LinkedIn, Gmail, Salesforce, or company site
- Integration with Salesforce is buggy in my experience.
- Does not capture all the information like LinkedIn Url
- Missing the bifurcation between the mobile phone number and the direct phone number.
Trying to reach out to someone? There you go!
- Fetching work and personal email IDS.
- Getting direct phone numbers.
- Easily approachable at each profile.
- If LinkedIn profile is not available then hard to get details.
- Having a search feature on the app could help with getting details for nonexisting profiles.
- 1-Click Hunting of Decision Makers: You go to a website and use the Lusha extension to directly get a list of key stakeholders for that company. Information. like Email-Ids, Phone Numbers (mobile/direct numbers) are readily available.
- Mobile Numbers: Way better cell phone numbers and direct office lines. My team had been connecting at a much higher rate over the phone and booking more meetings in the EU territory with Lusha as compared to some other tools.
- Recommendations: The more you use Lusha, the better their AI engine gets. It gives you recommendations for other qualified prospects and companies based on your previous and current searches. Something which can be very useful for an outbound sales development function.
- List Building: You can directly save a contact into your CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot / etc) from Lusha with a single click. You can also choose to build your list on Lusha itself, which can be imported into your CRM at a later stage.
- North American Database: Though Lusha is good for territories like the EU. India, MEA: the quality of data can be much better for the AMERICAS region.
- Lacks Verification on Information: This is something that competitors like LeadIQ can provide. A verification mark, though more of a psychological check-mark of trust, works wonders.
- Limitation of importing only 1 LSN Contact page at a time. CSV uploader might be helpful in this case, though it's an obvious additional step and causes friction.
- Adding users into Salesforce
- The data they find is almost always inaccurate in my opinion.
- I wish they could ignore middle initials when people put them into LinkedIn.
- Providing contact information
- Storing and organizing your contact lists
- Searching specific people or companies
- Once you have the info, you need to use another program to reach out to them
- There are no templates or next steps to follow up with your contacts
- Finding contact details like email and contact numbers
- In a few of the cases, we have found out that the details are not accurate
- integrates well with Linkedin sales navigator and other platforms
- It is easy to find information in one place using Lusha
- Real time information is available
- Accuracy of data in information and technology sector is very good.
- Expenseive
- updates take time
- not all information is available,
- mobile numbers are not available for all leads.
- prospecting
- creating audience list
- chrome extension
- the larger audience and database
