MadKudu helped me join all the data in one place and use it to analyse, enrich and predict outcomes. It's a great tool even for complex scoring models that we always need to put in place on marketing ops teams. This tool also help us look good in front of the sales team since we deliver better leads!

Our lead scoring model it's a great example, we had our scoring all set up on the automation tool and it was very complicated because it didn't got information from all the touchpoints and tools, so we would be only some touchpoints. With MadKudu we join everything together and score with the full picture!

This software came to change the way we used to get leads in the marketing department. Thanks to its scoring and segmentation system, it allows us to see which customers are really interested and to be able to close sales quickly.
  • It is an intuitively designed software that you don't need to be an expert in systems and codes to be able to use it and get the results you need.
  • Incorporating data from different channels is very easy and has very accurate metrics and statistics that yield accurate customer information.
  • It has very useful integrations such as SalesForce, Intercom and segment, to generate the precise and accurate data.
  • The whole process of installing the software and integrating with the other programs was quite difficult to do.
  • Some synchronizations with the platforms are not working properly and it does not give me accurate data.
  • When I synchronize simultaneously with the different integrations to get the data and have it analyzed, it slows down the system and becomes very cumbersome.
It has helped us a lot to get better customers, customers who are really interested in our products, thanks to the synchronization with different applications and obtaining data from different media. It is a software that I recommend to all companies that want to expand their customer base.

  • This software undoubtedly improved the way in which customers were captured and helped save a lot of time in manual segmentation processes.
