  • Incorporating data from different channels is very easy and has very accurate metrics and statistics that yield accurate customer information.
  • It has very useful integrations such as SalesForce, Intercom and segment, to generate the precise and accurate data.

Cons

  • The whole process of installing the software and integrating with the other programs was quite difficult to do.
  • Some synchronizations with the platforms are not working properly and it does not give me accurate data.
  • When I synchronize simultaneously with the different integrations to get the data and have it analyzed, it slows down the system and becomes very cumbersome.
