- Other than over billing our company by $6,821.76, our clients are very happy with our approach to network security and malware protection
- Our service and lack of data breaches (do in part to Malwarebytes) has allowed us to retain our client base for over two decades.
- I believe it has a positive impact. I do not have ROI numbers, but Malwarebytes has provided better protection over our other antimalware solution, which means less labor time has been needed to address the infections that were occurring.
- Also, Malwarebytes has detected and stopped more attempts to reach malicious URL's than our other solution, which we did not know was happening before.
- Positive effect on ROI since the software is relatively affordable

- Malwarebytes has removed the requirement for additional staff for continuous monitoring of the network and devices
- Malwarebytes has removed the need for extra manpower to manage all end points to ensure they are protected
- Malwarebytes has allowed us to allocate money towards other technology and infrastructure due to excellent cost of ownership
- We have not had an intrusion since we started using the software. Priceless.
- Malwarebytes does not seem to slow down our network or take up a critical amount of processing resources.

The best tool to protect against Ransomware, Malware and Spyware
- The software is pricey, but it protects you from ransomware so considering the downtime if you ever get any ransomware, the price pays it off.

A great safety net for your network.
- The ease of remediation has saved our IT team a number of hours manually installing, for example, the free version of Malwarebytes to remove infections, and then cleaning the machine up. Being able to centrally send commands to clean the device is much more efficient.
- The centralised management has also alerted us to infections on machines that we might not otherwise have known about, as the existing AV had not detected them, saving us potential data loss, or system damage.
- Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection has had a HUGE positive impact on our ROI as we eliminated the need for an entire server, CALs & other licenses as well.
- We are saving a lot of time on the management side of Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection as compared to others as it is cloud based and we are able to manage it from everywhere and not just one server. This has improved our performance and reduced expenses as well.
- We gained hours back in our day to deal with other tasks while Malwarebytes handles our endpoint protection.
- The cost of this software and service well outweigh the cost of downtime from the threats of today.

Great product for the security paranoid
- We are more confident that this dedicated solution protects our systems better than other all-in-one solutions, reducing our ALE.
- Updates to Microsoft Defender are making this less and less attractive to small businesses.
- Updates to security suites like Symantec Endpoint Protection are making this less attractive.
