The ease of implementation, administration, maintenance and integration with the multiple types of monitors that the platform can collect (DATABASE, PROCESSES, SERVICES, PERFORMANCE, STORAGE, TABLESPACE, PORTS, DATA FOLDERS, CLOUD APPS, VIRTUALIZATION COMPONENTS, etc.) It took us to get this tool all these years. While Grafana, Centreon and PRTG are good products, implementation and integration involves more man-hour and they don't have that friendly interface like ManageEngine Application Manager.

No other products we have used so far. We are happy with the APM product currently being used as a 3-rd party tool to manage servers' health and availability. We are happy with the services all the time and highly recommend using them in organizations or cloud environments or IT sector

  • SolarWinds Dameware Remote Support (DRS) and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Microsoft Intune + SCCM)
Other solutions like Microsoft EM and SCCM can be interdependent and cause all sorts of issues and additional costs. I think software should be optionally integrated and work on its own as a standalone solution. I like that ManageEngine allows for specific use of its software and not forcing users into an unneeded license or contract.
