ManageEngine is easy to use compared to Microsoft Intune. You don't have to use a package manager to build your apps it lets you deploy them in a more natural way. Inventory and reports are robust and easy to run. Reports in Intune are mainly CSV files

ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the best option if the cost-benefit obtained is evaluated. With ManageEngine Endpoint Central it is possible to perform vulnerability analysis and patching of operating systems and applications other than Microsoft such as: Linux and Mac. This helps to have full coverage of the computers we manage.

  • KACE Cloud Mobile Device Manager (MDM)
Friendly interface, easy management, better cost-benefit. Possibility of integration with service desk solutions and other information security management options. Endpoint Central allows complete PC lifecycle management and mobile device management, Kace for example gives a view only of network assets. Given these scenarios and according to the needs of my environment, we opted for the Central endpoint.

We chose ManageEngine Endpoint Central primarily on cost and usability. The support from the account managers at ManageEngine Endpoint Central has also been fantastic. NinjaOne came out a lot more expensive and in terms of usability was not as well received by our Agents when we tested it out with them. I am not sure about the level of support from NinjaOne as we did not test this out in the evaluation.

ManageEngine Endpoint Central outperformed N-Central with its user-friendly interface, robust security features, and seamless patch management. Its scalability and comprehensive endpoint protection convinced us, offering a superior balance of functionality and ease of use. ManageEngine Endpoint Central emerged as the preferred choice for our organization's diverse needs.

In my opinion, ManageEngine Endpoint Central is cost efficient and easy to use compared to Symantec Endpoint Security and CrowdStrike Falcon. ManageEngine Endpoint Central comes with lot of required features in single feature needed for IT infrastructure where I got Inventory management, Patch management, Software deployment, Remote control tools, Log management, Mobile device management and many more. Easy to use is also a great to have for this we have chosen ManageEngine Endpoint Central.

I worked on SCCM/Intune and different is one single console of ManageEngine Endpoint Central using which you can manage your BYOD/corporate-owned devices for which other tools you need to work two different consoles to do the same thing. This makes ManageEngine Endpoint Central different from other tools in the market. Tool is very user friendly and easy to use and one who has experience to MDM tools then it would be very quick to understand its capabilities and start using it for daily activities.

We had 3 key points in mind on our market research when selected the MDM solution. This where: Best integration across multiple OS vendors; Ease of use of the management console; Licensing model per endpoint and agents. If we were to have a Windows only environment, then Microsoft Endpoint Manager would be the best solution. If the environment would have been exclusively MacOS then Kandji where an option. But for our mixed OS environment we have chosen ManageEngine Endpoint Central.

We chose ManageEngine Endpoint Central because of the reasonable price and the number of features offered compared to competitors. Many patch management software do not patch Linux machines while ManageEngine Endpoint Central did. Other software did not have the ability to perform pre or post-deploy tasks while ManageEngine Endpoint Central did. For these reasons, we chose this software. In addition, the ease of use, intuitive dashboards, and the ability to also have asset inventory made us decide on this software.

ManageEngine is an All in one product , which keeps the work smoother and Accurate. ME support gives more information in understanding more better. Taking or giving demonstrations on unknown issues solving by screen sharing session or live session .

WSUS (provided by Microsoft) is a MUCH inferior product, no flexibility at all, updates when it wants and how it wants and was generally not suit for purpose. In addition, endpoint offers all the other functionality that WSUS doesn't (as said earlier in my review, remote control, endpoint security and much more).

ManageEngine Endpoint Central is definitely more affordable than most any of the other solutions out there. The software suite continues to compete with the other vendors in regard to functionality, usability, reliability, and even security. The system is flexible and simple to use once you overcome the steep learning curve. The affordability is offset by the product support, or lack thereof, but its reliability sets it out in front of Microsoft's current solutions.

One of the most competitive market tools is ManageEngine Endpoint Central, in addition to its security, simple, robust, we must add that it has channels in Colombia that facilitate support and training processes on the tool in Spanish, which allows a better understanding, It is also good to know that there are other companies that use it and have done well.

TeamViewer is a good solution for remote control, but I haven't found it as useful for patch management, software deployment and inventory reporting
However, the file transfer and chat functions of TeamViewer are better to use than Endpoint central

I can add my Active Directory into ManageEngine Desktop Central which syncs all my computers and users. From there I can easily deploy or install Desktop Central agents on my organization's computers or laptops. It has a better computer asset/inventory option [that] shows all the hardware and software information of a specific computer which comes in handy for Inventory Audit.

  • Microsoft System Center
The principal reason was that ManageEngine's Desktop Central supports multi-platform (Windows, Mac and Linux) while SCCM obviously only supports Windows systems. We have Windows and Mac computers in the company. Besides also the Mobile Device Management module, supports Chrome OS, which is so important for us because some users have Chromebooks to do their job. Additionally, the price of Desktop Central is better for us in the value for money.

I've used RDP for remote control. I've used WSUS to deploy patches. I've used various methods to achieve nearly silent install of software. The great thing about ManageEngine Desktop Central is that it is all under one umbrella with one interface.
