The flagship Marsview Speech Analytics API is a cloud-hosted or containerized API service that helps transcribe a conversation and discover insights. It includes models for automatic speech recognition (ASR), Tone Analyzer, Natural Language Classifiers to uncover topics, keywords, entities and sentiments.


The Marsview Speech-to-Text API produces call transcription. It is easier to search and review text history than an audio file. Therefore, transcriptions are widely used by contact center managers in sales and support functions, publishers, students, educators, medical and legal professionals to gain insights and take actions. From the user's point of view, a speech-to-text system can be categorized based on its use: conversational system, command and control, text dictation, audio document transcription, webinars, interview etc. Each use has specific requirements in terms of latency, memory constraints, vocabulary size, and adaptive features.


Marsview’s Tone Analyzer API service has a unique capability that uses acoustic and linguistic analysis to determine emotions. Sometimes, it's not about what you say, but rather the way you say it. During support conversations with customers, understanding the tone of the customer helps to respond appropriately or seek help. The user can also see if customers are satisfied or frustrated, and if agents are polite and sympathetic. Enable a chatbot/voice assistant to detect customer tones to build dialog strategies to adjust the conversation accordingly.

Marsview Chat Analytics is a suite of API to analyze the internal conversations across all chat channels and groups. Customer experience technology and service providers or organizations that run internal contact centers use chat-based channels for customer conversations. Sales and Support Agents and their Supervisors use these channels for one-to-one or many-to-many interactions for information exchange. The effectiveness of these channels is key to the success of a call center. Chat Analytics helps measure the performance of agent/supervisor interaction at individual and group levels.

Marsview Content Moderation API service automatically classifies, filters and redacts inappropriate, obscene, racist, unsuitable, sensitive, offensive, profane and NSFW content in text, image and video data streams on chat channels in real-time. By integrating Content Moderation API with the chat collaboration channels, chat administrators can make sure that every user-generated content submission is appropriate and permissible in accordance with the rules and regulations of the company.

Marsview’s Intent Recognition API service uses advanced NLP and Entity recognition to identify user intentions from utterances in a conversation for next best action. Examples: “I can’t access the database” or “My credit card pin does not work”. During support conversations with customers, understanding the intent of the customer call helps to resolve the problem quickly. Agents can be provided with real-time on-screen recommendations from the knowledge base. In inbound/outbound sales, understanding purchasing intent helps direct the conversation for best results.

Users can also create custom RESTful APIs. Custom developed APIs can help solve a narrow problems, and outputs can be perfected using one's own business logic and data.

Call transcription is a million times better than we ever had it because of Marsview. A lot of my company is based on how we communicate effectively, and I make it a point for my workers and my partners to speak clearly and effectively. This software has showed me that we are doing a great job. The tone analyzer helps us with how to handle the next part of the conversation in order to be more effective at what we do.

I believe communicating effectively is 99 percent of the battle in the field that we are in. I believe that understanding what people are saying and how they are saying it is crucial. I feel Marsview helps us become even better at helping our clients, because it allows us to listen in an enhanced way to properly service our clients.

I think it holds its own and then some. I believe Marsview picks their lane and really is effective at doing the things we want the software to do. Call transcription is important to me, and I feel that they are the best by far at what they do, and it is not even close. I picked Marsview for cost purposes, but by no means do I feel the quality is lost. It is great.
