It is the inpatient EHR for CalvertHealth, and allowed us to document patient care the way we wanted to within our resources.

  • Very adaptable to our needs
  • Updates are managed well
  • Easy to maintain with limited staff
  • Still not fully featured - requires several third-party add-ons
  • Migration from earlier versions is challenging
Likelihood to Recommend
Meditech is well-suited to small, independent hospitals requiring a flexible, mostly full-featured EHR with good support. The Expanse upgrade was a significant step forward, and brought the system into the modern world of touch devices while reducing clinician documentation burden.
