Incentivized was a software product that our office tried for a short time to organize and manage web meetings within our office. The product was generally adequate for our internal meetings and scheduling, but we ultimately went with a more well-known product.
  • Cloud-based software for quick and easy access
  • Automated scheduling
  • Calendar management
  • Not compatible with iPad or iPhone
  • Limited support options
  • Training limited to documents
From my experience, has limited functionality, but gets the job done for small, internal meetings. I feel it would not work well for larger meetings and those with third parties.
  • helped us meet our short-term objective of internal business meetings when in-person meetings were not possible
  • provided an easy-to-use solution for cloud-based scheduling
  • provided a space for my team to easily collaborate from different locations

This is a great way to keep your meetings organized and enhance customer interaction. The problem typically is getting a customer back on the phone after an initial call. helps solve that with an interactive meeting interface. In our specific use case, a deal can range from $1,000 - $10,000 each that is on the table waiting to be signed. helps bridge the gap in communication and helps keep both sides organized to close more deals.
  • Organization
  • B2B & B2C communication
  • Collaboration
  • The layout aesthetics
  • Support from customer service
  • Mobile app is a great way to keep organized with its CRM features that is really helpful as serving as a “one stop shop”. It can help you keep in contact with your leads to ensure follow ups are being conducted.

On the flip side, some contacts do not like committing to exact times to follow up or for meetings so you have to find a happy medium of what works for you.
  • Customer acquisition
  • Enhanced internal communication
  • Better organization of day has great potential for sure. I feel they do a better job of bringing in customer CRM info to weave it in with meetings. There needs to be more automations and deeper functionality in order to compete with the larger competitors in their space. If they were able to incorporate SMS more into their system then I think that would go a long way.

We use to interact with external clients, especially from APJ regions. We use this product to onboard our scale level customers and it helps us to connect with the client base.
  • Polls
  • Pulse check
  • Talk track alignment
  • Widgets placement
  • Misalignment of the slides and talk track
  • Interface should be somewhat user friendly is not useful in day-to-day internal, small huddle settings. It's best used when the client base or attendee base is more than 10 people and for special purposes. It's best used for conferences, seminars, office hours, open forums, etc...
  • Helped increase in adoption
  • No negative impact as such
The support we've received from is phenomenal. The functionality as compared to other products is much best than other products. The pricing is better than its competition as well.

We have customers facing networking issues. Whenever they face a problem in their network, they open a ticket with us. We set up a meeting with them using and work on the customer issue remotely. The app is simplified and makes it very easy to share the screen while also speaking with them in the process. The app helps us keep our customers happy and out of issues in their network.
  • Conference calls.
  • Smooth screen sharing.
  • Simplified use.
  • Better audio clarity with low speed internet.
  • Screen grab.
  • Copy paste option. is best when it comes to interaction with customers to resolve their issues. Sharing a remote session while connected on audio does wonders. We can ask for any information which we find out or need during the remote session. In fact, I believe there are no scenarios where it cannot be put to use.
  • Happy customer means more revenue.
  • Solving issues quickly means that the customer stays with us.
  • Return is way higher than the investment in
I think they all more or less do the same thing. But when it comes to , it stands out because of the UI. has the most simple UI of all of them. It also loads a lot quicker than the others which makes it easier for both us and the customer.

For my position especially I travel across several counties and work with multiple different agencies coordinating a number of different large projects. Keeping my meetings straight and organized is a top priority for me. In the old days, I could get by with a sticky note that said, "lunch with Bob on Thursday". I know too many Bobs now and lunch on Thursdays are impossible. has made organizing my meetings easier and more productive than ever.
  • Integration with other scheduling software used by my clients and colleagues.
  • Ease of access on both my mobile and my laptop.
  • Simplification of contacts, agendas, and notes in a single place.
  • A more robust alarm/reminder platform would be helpful from day to day.
Anyone juggling a complex schedule without the assistance of a personal secretary would benefit tremendously from this platform. seems to draw all of the best features from other calendars and organization programs and integrates them into one multi-function tool that is a game-changer for the super organized or those looking to become more organized.
  • We had an 8% spike in productivity after the first month of using in the field.
  • Customer feedback on service and support is up 13% overall in the last year since purchasing
  • Associates report having to spend far less time mapping out their schedules for the week, freeing them up for more productive work.
