Fortinet FortiExtender allows our agency to have secure
and stable network connectivity. Fortinet FortiExtender provides broadband access to the internet and allows for our agency's business integration with practices that require remote connections to complete our work. Fortinet FortiExtender is easy to use, not too difficult to implement and manage and is a good WAN solution.

Small hit with big differance
With new technology improvements, we had to move with 3G , 4G connectivity requirements and new 5G changes to improve WAN connections with SD-WAN feature set. Fortinet FortiExtender gave us quick adaption with new technologies without big infrastructure changes and with lower TCO. This gives high flexibility to provide main or backup WAN connections to company with stable internet connectivity.
With Fortinet Security, FortiExtender helps to achieve high-end internet scalability and high-end connectivity in the organization. IT's wireless scalability and out-of-the-band management enabled us to achieve the scalability and easy connectivity of the internet in the organization. The cloud-based management increased efficiency and helped us manage the user and other related activities for monitoring and planning.
As a learning entity, Business Technology University has several libraries and labs, where students should be able to make homework and have access to some cloud platforms to stay up-to-date and use proper materials and test labs. Using old, outdated, and insecure products is inappropriate for a learning institution. So there were some challenges, namely: stable and secure connection, the ability to monitor the sessions, ability to optimize the working process.

FortiExtender
We use Fortinet's fortiextender for our parking lot on warehouse WIFI backup system. It works great when our primary WIFI system needs to be updated or simply fails. Fortinet's platform works seamlessly with our Fortinet Firewall.This product is fairly easy to configure and provides easy access GUI for future patching.
We added this Wireless WAN in our company to assist all of
our departments as well as to provide us backup when our cable network gets
failed due to any of the causes. It is great in providing us backup in critical
situations and is also managing some of the department’s critical processes. We
are integrating it with other Fortinet security.

A must-buy wireless WAN for our company.
We have installed Fortinet Forti Extender in our company a
year back and it helps backup our fiber cable. and it is helping us out in
managing our critical processes in case of any mishap and if our internet
connections run out. It is great with great signal strength. and its
integration helps in [providing us more secure.

4G connectivity devices for a wide branch network
Great devices from Fortinet if you need to have mobile 4G coverage in those remote branches, even for the main connectivity or for the backup connectivity as in our case. We do believe these devices provide really good service, as signal strength even in a remote location gets enough bandwidth for daily operations of the whole branch. Also Fortinet FortiExtenders are well integrated into the Fortinet security fabric, which provides that extra layer of security.

FortiExtender: A must have for branch office FortiGate installs
We currently have FortiExtender's installed at our facilities to back up our Fiber and Cable services. It's primary purpose is to ensure uptime for credit card processing and other critical services when an outage on hardline internet connections is down. Our facilities are located well away from population centers, and the FortiExtender has allowed our business to function through multiple outages in the last 3 years.
