Small companies (under 500 employees) can use this environment to effectively create specialized applications. I think Method is well suited to any business that needs to create a connection between their customers and their online accounting software. This system has many different customization options, we especially like the customer portal. In the customer portal the customer can see the different invoices and estimates we have one for them.

The cost of this product for what you get is an incredible deal. Once you focus on what you really want your Method to be, it is a great tool to have for any company that is looking to keep track of potential sales. Our front office has been amazed at how easy it was to integrate into our daily routine - sometimes change is hard, but with a couple of meetings and putting our heads together for what it was that we specifically wanted, We are loving it.
OH! And since our company uses Google Calendar for our scheduling system this has been a literal LIFE CHANGER.

Method is a solid database for all types of business uses. With the option to work alongside QuickBooks - Method is a must have tool. You can easily export information into workbooks for external use. We would like to see an option to add customizable promotional ad's for our customers but we currently use a third party service for that. It would make it easier if we were able to do that in the same spot where all of our contacts are currently housed.

I would say that for any type of companies (small, medium or large) it is a great tool to keep your employees updated with everything that is happening on a daily basis. What I love the most is that you can use your dashboard and you can be quickly updated with the activities from the date. Honestly, I do not think of any other scenarios where it is less appropriate, probably just for personal use.

Method:CRM syncs to QuickBooks and does a great job at that. The only thing I'd recommend is making the calendar and creation of leads/customers a bit easier so that it's not so time consuming. The calendar could use an "all day" feature where you wouldn't have to enter a time as well.

Industries like accounting, business consultants, construction, realtors, and more. This platform serves a great purpose because of the QuickBooks integration, which is hard to get with a CRM. Also, QuickBooks payment integration, which is hard to find. In my industry this software is very functional and needed for our profession due to being integrated with QuickBooks.

Method[:CRM] is well suited when you have a large company that needs to keep track of customers. It also connects with Quickbooks and that has really been nice for our organization. Our company is small so this really helps us stay on track and build our data base of customers.

Suited very well for someone who needs a unique customer relationship management system. Or for someone in an industry that today's software developers are slow to accommodate. You have to have the time to be set aside to get the program up and running without any issues though. There is so much you can do, just get in there and find out if you can!

This is a difficult question as we implemented it years ago. I think it is pretty much a very easily adaptable program to any business. It seems that the people who work for Method are able to think outside the box and come up with solutions that fit your individual needs.

Method's subscription charges are quite low compared to some of the other CRM software, so if you are capable of doing customization yourself, this can be quite a bargain. There are some custom application packages already developed (for instance for field services or bookkeeping services) so if there is an app that fits your needs, that may be a great fit. Alternatively, you can tap one of the Method Solution Providers to discuss a unique customization for your business. Method CRM is also capable of linking to multiple QuickBooks files, making it ideal for franchises or other multi-entity businesses like property management or other related companies.
