I give it this rating because only on very rare occasions do any of the Microsoft 365 Business products ever fail me. They always are running effectively and never crash when working with large files. Microsoft 365 Business integrated with other software doesn't slow down either of the applications.

No other software is better with integration than Microsoft. It is the sure bet. If you are using any other software, you don't have to worry about its compatibility because Microsoft is still the industry standard. You will be able to download and upload from Microsoft 365 with any software program. You will not find this to be the case with other software. It is fast uploading and calculating large complicated spreadsheets without a hiccup. It is also used worldwide.

Things can be slow such as more than 3 Excel workbooks sometimes won't be open at the same time. You have to close one in order to open a fourth. There is a momentary lag when opening an appointment on the calendar. This issue is minimal though, so it's not a huge problem.

In the last 5 years, Microsoft has come a long way. The performance of the products has become more and more user-friendly and it seems that the feedback provided by the user community is being listened to and worked on. The processes are very fast and seamless. There are negligible errors and doesn't slow the systems down.

Office 365 is a distributed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud that provides productivity and collaboration scenarios through a diverse set of micro-services and applications. The most significant factor that determines the quality of the Office 365 end-user experience is network reliability and low latency between Office 365 clients and Office 365 service front doors. For example, Microsoft Teams relies on low latency so that user phone calls, conferences, and shared screen collaborations are glitch-free, and Outlook relies on great networking connectivity. Office 365 networking requires a different approach to optimization than generic Internet traffic.

Business performance is great - everything is generally responsive and I have not found any programs to crash unless it was from opening up an abnormally large file (such as in Microsoft Excel). Outlook and Drive usually have great storage capacities, while other programs also have a great capacity to run larger commands.

The Office 365 web-based application is very well designed and performance, in general, is usually great. While there can be a lag at times (especially on a slow internet connection), a number of elements are cached locally to speed up access. Compared to other web-based applications (especially Google's G Suite), Office 365 performance is usually significantly better - especially when dealing with large files such as spreadsheets. Office 365 web-mail is surprisingly quick and feature rich.

We haven't experienced any performance issues for our uses. We can export and import data efficiently and the mail server works as desired. Skype can be a little tricky with bandwidth issues, but that seems to be more bandwidth related than anything. I wish there was a way to use Microsoft Access via the web, but you can only ask so much.

At this moment it works perfectly and fast. No matter if is integrated to another software or system, it will always work with quality and reliability. Reports are done super fast, and for more complex reports its the same, Microsoft has done a great job performing the services and functionality of Office 365, there is no complaint in our company for that, we are totally satisfied with the performing of this suite.

Overall, Microsoft Business 365 is a great tool and can add great value to a lot of organizations and individuals. No product will ever be perfect, so there is always room for improvement. On the downside, yes, page loading, bugs, and outages do occur more often than expected so that is an area that it is deficient in - but all in all, it is recommended.
