  • In Excel, being able to connect to external data sources
  • PowerPoint and Word enables me to create documents (user guides, etc) and presentations in a simple but professional way.
  • One Drive is key to manage and share documents and keep them safe on the cloud.

  • Email groups- we use so many groups and these auto groups are really easy. For example, there is an email group for my team, my office, all of the North American offices, and the whole international company!
  • Excel sharing- we are only allowed a certain amount of people in the office every day because of COVID. There is an excel sheet with a seating chart that everyone can use each week to sign up for slots to go into the office. This makes it easy to coordinate who is going in, without it being one person's job.
  • Email importance- you can send emails with high importance. This has been huge for when I need my boss's attention. I send him a lot of emails, so being able to flag one as urgent is very important.

  • Outlook by far is most important for communication within the company. We have stores all over the country, and this is very much needed.
  • Excel is second important for running payroll reports.
  • We appreciate the hand in hand relationship Office has with Adobe PDFs
