Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Backup local system's certs, secrets and holds encryption keys for SQL Server and other solutions.<br>We can protect the critical information in Azure by this solution. It is very easy to set the permission.<br>If you hold the critical information in local system or PCs, I highly recomended to use this solution.

  • it is able to call keys from local systems.
  • It is easy to use.
Cons
  • I'd like to be able to use key expiration notifications easily.
Likelihood to Recommend
You can back up many local keys in Microsoft Azure Key Vault, easy to set up permission. It helps your information protection task. Integration with local systems is also possible with some solutions. If you are using old systems, you may not get the full benefit of Microsoft Azure Key Vault. But I recommend to try it.

  • It is now possible to erase important information that tended to be scattered on the person in charge's PC, etc.
  • Centralized management of important information has raised team member's awareness of information management.

It is easy to use. The cost of this service is quite low, so don't worry about it.
It is very easy to use because you can store keys in a variety of ways.
It would be very nice to have the ability to automatically remind the person in charge of the key expiration date.
